What is this RTS that seems to be based on the real world, with modern military units?

I recently watched some videos by LazerPig on YouTube and in one of them he plays two strategy games that look interesting. One is Wargame: Red Dragon but I haven't been able to identify the second one.

It seems to be based on the real world with modern(-ish) military units, It features fighter jets, helicopters, tanks, and infantry units. Screenshot below:

The rate is 1% of HP per 10 rads, meaning you lose 1% of your max health per 10 radiation you take. This is indicated by the red bar that grows from the right side of your health bar when you incur radiation. If your 100 health max character takes 200 radiation, your max health is now 80 until you lower your radiation. Using this formula, and confirmed by the max value on the "radiation" indicator on the right side of the Pip-Boy, 1000 radiation is lethal. 1000 radiation would reduce your max hp by 100%. When you are receiving radiation, you'll get the indicator by your health bar. +2 rads would indicate you are taking 2 radiation per second. The time it would take to kill you while receiving x rads per second would be: (1000 - CurrentRadiationLevel)/x seconds.

My coworker saw my post, and helped figure out where this screenshot was from. TL;DR: The screenshot is from a mod/remake of the game. Longer version: Wonder Boy III : The Dragons Trap was ported to the https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TurboGrafx-16 , and the game was rebranded as " https://necretro.org/Dragon%27s_Curse ". Some of the differences include changes to the player-sprites (eg. Lizard-man looks more like a dragon, Hawk-man has blue eyes, Lion-man is Tiger-man) and background images when fighting the boss dragons, but it is essentially the same game. The screenshot in the question is from a modded/remade/remixed version of "Dragons Curse". It was made by a modder called Vile1011 and released around 2007. The specific area in the screenshot appears in this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t49THQDUK2I around 3:12 - here's a gif of the scene: I have found a few reviews of the remake saying that it follows the same overall story of the original, but it is much more difficult to complete than the original. I may have found a place to download a playable version of this remake, but I cannot verify it at the moment - once I have tried it out, and verified that it works, I will come back and edit my answer to include the link.

My experience is that funding and reputation drops quite fast if a country is not covered, so I build the second base right away. And the next ones as soon as possible. Monthly income gets positive trend only after 4th base. But I do not build additional radar stations. Maybe there are different good spots there as well. I have soldiers only on one base and it is quite seldom that I can not get to a land mission and need to order an airstrike.

Both appear to be manufactured by Gottlieb. The right one is King Ping Ten Up. The only difference I can see is the film appears to maybe somehow altered out the words "King Pin" (or it could be present, just hard to see due to the grainy-ness of the image). You can see other features quite clearly though, like the bowling pins above the score, and some of the people. The left one appears to be Space Orbit. Looks to be called https://m.apkpure.com/lady-toss/com.bigdog.games.ladytoss . It reminds me of "Kitten Cannon" from back in the day, where the goal is to shoot/throw something as far as possible. Here is also a video:

There are a couple ways to handle this: Use a bucket to rid the world of the water source blocks one by one Use a level editing tool to remove the water in a procedural fashion (faster if you know what you're doing, for large areas), turning each water block into air Use a mod Use sponges (creative mode helps with this) When building a lot, you may find you have plenty of spare blocks of dirt or sand. Placing blocks in the same space as water will rid the space of the source block, so that when you remove your dirt/sand, air is let behind. This is my favorite solution, because I'm a low tech luddite. There you go! Several ways.

The combat system has been redesigned and simplified. The original "wheel" has been replaced by a layered tree; even though it is still called wheel. Weapons have power "pips" now in addition to the quality level colours. The crafting system has been changed completely; instead of collecting, refining, and using materials the weapons consist of, you now "add" surplus weapons to the ones whose power you want to increase. One of the appeals of The Secret World is that it has no Classes or Levels - which makes your Character more individual. But this was too challenging for many new players; so Secret World Legends now has the familiar predefined classes, and levels. The classes are, though, only a guide for starters; you can later spend your AP and SP points freely to achieve the "mix" TSW sports from the start. The first game areas have been "railroaded", the quests therein been simplified. Also, mission areas are sometimes warded by a wall of hexagons to show you the boundaries; and trails have been marked with shining hexagons too. This serves the purpose of helping new players; other players have commented this breaks immersion and suspense / thrill for them. The changes to the core game hub Agartha, though, are generally regarded as improvements - orientation is easier and travel faster. Secret World Legends follows the current F2P business model: there is an in-game "gold" currency you can buy for RL money, which allows you to buy vanity items and timesavers. TSW, for comparison, has a base price, and new content "issues" (beyond the large volume of base content) cost extra. There are more in-game currencies now. Trading between your own characters is impossible as of now, so no "mules".

Having several more hours of play under my belt now, I can say this is normal behavior. Warlords add +3 to allied Warlords and Units (whether those Units are the same Legion and regardless of if those Units are Dataslates or not) in the same Region, it seems.

Your real character level is 18, but you have mentored down and your effective level is 10. At level 15, you got a quest that taught you how to mentor down, so that's probably why you're 10. Certain areas, like nightmare rifts (with all the eyeballs) also automatically mentor you down. You can clear your mentor level by right-clicking your portrait. Also by right clicking your portrait, you can choose to enable sidekicking. This will increase your level, up to a limit per zone, when you group with a higher level player.
