Can chiseled stone brick be used to craft stone tool items like furnaces and brewing stands in Minecraft?

This is a pretty specific question, but it's in relation to a challenge where you don't start with a lava bucket in Skyblock. Without starting lava, I'm trying to figure out if there are any other ways of crafting stone items.

One possibility I've come across is trading with a Mason villager who sometimes sells 4 Chiseled Stone Bricks for 1 Emerald.

Since the release of 1.16 chiseled stone bricks are needed (together with a netherite ingot) to craft a https://minecraft.fandom.com/wiki/Lodestone :

Enchanting tables have a relatively low (although still present) impact on TPS, but the animation of the book spinning closed when distant, opening and tracking the player when nearby, has enough impact on the client FPS, that clients that don't disable it (through a hack), in presence of a massive amount of enchanting tables can drop framerate to unplayable levels and even crash. Even more massive numbers of the tables - measured in multiple chunks of volume - will accumulate server lag from tile ticking to a degree that can lag the server, although there are more efficient ways to achieve that. Probably in your case the cube simply wasn't big enough for that. FitMC describes the abuse of enchanting tables for this purpose in his video "How Mr. Beast Destroyed Minecraft's 2b2t" at 6:14

You can try /give 383 1 120, which will give you a spawn egg. otherwise use the /summon Villager ~ ~ ~ command to spawn one at your current location. You can enter this command into your chat box (provided cheats is turned on) in your Single-player world by pressing / or T.

From what I've been able to tell some you can just sell (Gold/Platinum Plates, for example), but a large number can be used to create weapon modifications. I've personally found that Yen was never an issue (normal playthrough), and your hideout can stock seemingly unlimited quantities of items, so if I were you I'd just put everything in stock (save healing items, of course) until the end game. (Some story missions, as well as side stories, also require certain items, so if you find them that saves a bit of Yen. Tuna and Catnip sticks, for example.)

To put it simply, no, you cannot do so without rewriting most of the game. This means if you want better server performance, get the best single-thread CPU you can buy. The good news is that these days, ARM platforms have nearly caught up. Your raspberry-pi is at about 1/8th of the speed of the fastest processors available (writing June 2021), so you could do a lot better by running instead on something like a recent laptop/low-power processor. When it comes to standalone products, something like a PN51 or mac mini (similar power requirements, available as a standalone NUC). A cheap PC2 is another option. Or you could rent a 1-core VPS. Of course, once you start wanting to run many servers, then server CPU machines will work best. In fact, the minecraft devs did just that for this, and other reasons, and made Bedrock Edition, which is natively written. This means: Instead of using intermediate bytecode, directly compiled to x86(-64) or ARM assembly. Clustering1, on the other hand is not supported (by either game) and I don't think it's very likely that it ever will be. While theoretically possible, this too means essentially writing your own server code from the ground up. 1: By this I mean a server that runs on multiple machines, communicating to provide redundancy and share workload in-between them, using load-balancing, fencing, and other advanced techniques. 2: This won't be as power-efficient for 24/7 operation; as PCs nowadays have many cores but pretty poor single-core power efficiency. While e.g. a 16-core CPU won't use 100% power when only one core is loaded, the real figure is going to be closer to 30% than the ~7% you'd expect. You could however optimize this: set lower maximum turbo speeds for your CPU. For example, looking at this article, it seems that you could get only 1/3rd the power draw by lowering the turbo frequency from 5 GHz to arond 3.5 GHz. If you're willing to tweak your computer a bit it's quite easily possible to get massive efficiency benefits by underclocking it by about 20-30%.

Something to the effect of this? { "criteria": { "requirement": { "trigger": "minecraft:entity_hurt_player", "conditions": { "damage": { "source_entity": { "type": "minecraft:player", "nbt": "{CustomModelData:101}", "team": "Yo" } } } } } } So the player requirement means it only works if you are hit by a player. If you want it to work for mobs too, you can remove that requirement. I think putting your custom model nbt in the nbt requirement should make it work, but if not you can also have a separate command running to execute as all players holding an item matching that nbt (which I can paste if you need it) and have them join a team. The team check would also trigger when anyone on that team hits you.

From what I am finding, there is no place that has an infinite amount of coins. No one has mentioned in this Steam post that there is a merchant that has infinite coins (I know a Steam post isn't the best source, buts all I could really find). It looks like the best place to go is Oxenfurt and Novigrad because of the number of merchants there, but even they run out of money. It looks like after 5 days their coins restock. I found a Reddit that suggests a trick. I'll attempt to summarize what you have to do: Go to the bottle vendor in Novigrad. He is on the north shoreline. He sells his bottles for one Crown each. Buy all his bottles. Do this as much as you would like. His stock replenishes instantly after leaving the trade screen so you can continue to do this. Sell all your junk to the bottle merchant once he has enough money. Go to the loanshark near the fast travel sign near Novigrad's south gate. The loanshark has an instantly replenishing supply of Florens he sells for 3 Crowns each (which is apparently the same as a bank). Buy enough Florens to sell him your bottles to make your money back. Go to the bank in Novigrad Square and exchange the Florens for Crowns. Whether or not this has been patched or they altered the time line of when the stock of each merchant involved works I'm not sure, but it's worth a shot. I'm not sure if it's really worth the time and effort though.

You can change dungeon generation, and multiple other settings, in the 'Customised' world type. On the 'New World' screen, click World Type until it says 'Customised'. Click on the Customise button below it. On the following screen you can change the spawning of dungeons, strongholds, and heaps of other cool stuff. Just click the buttons to toggle, and slide the sliders to change spawn rates. Please note the 'Dungeon Count' button doesn't actually increase/decrease the number of dungeons, rather it specifies the number of tries per chunk to spawn a dungeon at world generation. While the average number of dungeons per chunk may increase, it is not guaranteed that any more dungeons will spawn (due to the chance of invalid spawn locations)

This is because of a feature being removed from the Decal Tool in the 17/10/11 patch: It is worth noting that with the removal of the Painterly effect you can no longer create full colored decals and are instead limited to a maximum of five or so colors. Items that had a decal applied before the painterly effect was removed still retain their original color. The full-colour ones you see must have been decaled before the full-colour feature was removed. However, there remains a way to do it manually, shown by this video. It involves downloading a folder with two files in it (one for Flair, the other for...I guess the sign); according to the description said files are available here or here and apparently designed for some form of Photoshop (the GIMP is probably capable of dealing with it). Edit the template files (you may have to save as new and then overwrite) and use them as your decal.

If you play multiple versions of Minecraft with different mods I recommend using MultiMC. MultiMC is a free, open source launcher for Minecraft. It allows you to have multiple, cleanly separated instances of Minecraft (each with their own mods, texture packs, saves, etc) and helps you manage them and their associated options with a simple and powerful interface. For your particular setup you'll only need to: Install MultiMC Create two instances of the Minecraft versions that you use Move the relevant mod files from your current installation to the relevant instances, or add them via the 'Loader Mods' tab in the 'Edit Instance' window (recommended). See also getting started. This will work for most cases, the only time it won't work - as far as I know - is when the mod author has hard coded a path to a config file to somewhere outside of the instance folder, which they really shouldn't do regardless.

You can craft shields from version 1.9. To craft a shield, you need to use 6 planks of any wood type, and an iron ingot: To give the shield a pattern, you should put the shield and a banner anywhere in the crafting grid together.

Yep. Mining it by hand won't drop anything. You need a pickaxe to get a hopper back. Any pickaxe will do. source: Minecraft wiki

I don't know why, but functions only work in prerelease 1. They don't even work in the finished update. You'll have to switch to prerelease 1 to use them.
