In Splatoon 3 single player campaign you can collect many hidden collectibles, but all of them (after checking a couple of collectibles walkthrough on Youtube) seem to be located only in the main hub sites, as you have already noticed.
Here's a list of Splatoon 3 collectibles:
Sardinium
Gold records
Food tickets
Card packs
Sea Scrolls
If the combined look/style of all four teammates meets certain conditions, a Synergy Bonus is triggered. This bonus can multiply (between 1.1 and 2.0 times) the amount of Clout received when you win. Teams that meet these conditions are awarded a special team name, which is displayed at the start of a battle. These conditions are usually triggered when all four teammates share certain criteria:
Headgear: Name, Brand and Type (caps, helmet, etc.)
Shoes: Name, Brand and Type (boots, slip-ons, etc.)
Species
Hairstyle
Weapons, Special, Sub Weapons, Types...

As far as I know, when ordering Murch merch, you will always be able to buy the basic version of the item, like if it showed up in the shop.
So any upgrades/changes made to the item you do not get for free.
Seeing how you can accumulate 1 per gun by getting them to the first level of fresh its not infinite but there wont be a moment where you can't buy weapons anymore because of a lack of licences.
Since whenever you get a weapon to Freshness 1, and thats the cost to get a weapon you have the level for, then its impossible to get to a point where you cannot earn a new licence and you still have weapons to buy (since you can always get a new licence from the latest weapon you bought.)
You start off with Cassandra, Varric and Solas in your party - a warrior, rogue and mage.
You can then unlock the following, mostly in any order you prefer (mouse-over to view spoilers
a warrior
Blackwall, who is unlocked through The Lone Warden quest in The Hinterlands
a warrior
Iron Bull, who is unlocked through The Captain of the Chargers quest in The Storm Coast
a mage
Vivenne, who is unlocked through The Imperial Enchanter quest in Val Royeaux
a rogue
Sera, who is unlocked through A Friend of Red Jenny quest in Val Royeaux
a mage
Dorian, who is unlocked through the story quest In Hushed Whispers in Redcliffe
a rogue
Cole, who is unlocked through the quest The Forgotten Boy in Skyhold
Bonus effects from Crab-N-Go last for 20 battles. This is shown in the top right when buying food.
You can see how many battles are left for your current food bonus on the matchmaking screen in the top-right status bar.
It can also be seen after a battle on the buttons that queue for a rematch.
The chance is based on the combined values of the meter in the top-right for each player, https://twitter.com/LeanYoshi/status/1578081235397664770 . The meter goes from values 0-5 and increases by 1 each game, and you only have a 100% chance of encountering Cohozuna if all team members have a full gauge.
If one player's meter is full, you have an absolute minimum chance of ~1.5%, but if you have stuck with the same team members for at least a few games, the chance should be somewhat greater than that.
Rings are one of the trickier (riskier) items in nethack to identify. Short of using a Scroll of Identify on them or (gasp!) putting it on, you might be interested in dropping them into sinks.
Pro: You get a message that helps you figure out what the ring was.
Con: You are very likely to loose the ring.
Prior to v3.6, it was recommended to have a duplicate that you can Name. Now you can Name from your discoveries list, and don't actually need to have the "identified" item on your person. ... of course you should Name it something like "Test Subject" first to make sure it's on your discoveries list.
Less effective and less damaging is to try on a ring that you know is uncursed. Altars & Pets are both good techniques for filtering out Cursed items. Unfortunately only a small number of rings are readily identifiable by simply wearing them, and many of those will more likely be cursed...
Ilmari Karonen's excellent comment added in for posterity:
Also, when trying on uncursed rings, be prepared for conflict (don't stand next to a powerful pet or peaceful creature), polymorph (be somewhere safe, and don't wear your best armor) and teleportation (be on a safe level -- or better yet, in Sokoban or some other non-teleport level -- and don't test unpaid rings in a shop unless you can handle Kops and an angry shopkeeper).
When matchmaking first starts there should be an option to cancel by holding the - button.
The cancel button usually goes away after a few seconds and won't appear if you've queued for a rematch. If the cancel button isn't available, you can still disconnect without a penalty by closing the game from the home menu or turning on airplane mode.
I am a player that has platinum on this game , even though I haven't played it in a while, I recall those hunting missions. You are right, as you progress they will unlock. I would suggest you leave all the side missions /hunting missions for last after you finish the story so you have something to do after the story is done. (they don't disappear, some you require some things to be able to unlock them.)
Having a nasty visitor in your keep is not really a quest. It's a nuisance that has to be dealt with. Basically, you have three options:
accept hosting them and suffer penalties to the stronghold's stats
pay them off, which sets you back a silly amount of money and gets rid of the visitor (stats are back to normal)
give them an escort which saves you the money but binds one of your companions for some time, which means they cannot take part in actual proper quests (the ones that give you experience and coin)
If you manage to get your hands on some jam, you can spread it on your toast for extra yumminess. Now, you'll find several different kinds of jam in the Kingdom (Loathingers are famed for their jam delicacies after all), each with its own unique taste.
If you go snorkeling or SCUBA diving, you might be able to find jamfish jam. Spreading this on your toast and eating it will make you more musically inclined.
Elves, on the other hand, are connoisseurs of jam, though their tastes might differ quite a lot from yours. They make jam from space, cars and mistletoe.
