Why can't I place a campus on a plains tile as the Vietnamese?

I am playing as the Vietnamese. Overall, I'm trying to place a campus on a plains (1 food, 1 prod, and completely empty) within 3 tile from the city, but the game won't let me place it there.

If we look at the surrounding:
- Top side: Farm - Woods
- Middle: Mountain - (Plains) - Mountain.
- Bottom side: Mountain - Mountain

Rubbing is racing. Be on the inside of the turn and use your opponent to help you make the turn. Yes, this usually leaves your opponent eating wall; just like they do to you when you're on the outside. Only pass on the outside when you've got a speed advantage. You can get that speed advantage by tuning your car more than the opponents do. All my experience with the series leads me to only those two options; either be more aggressive or be faster. Or both. Both is good. But being aggressive is easy and being faster takes a lot of skill and practice. Make your choice!

The extra 4 faith is probably from envoys at religious city states. If you have 3 envoys at a religious city state, you get +2 faith per holy site. If you have 6 envoys at a religious city state, you get an additional +2 faith per holy site (for a total of 4). So, your 6 would be 1 for the mountain, 1 for the sacred path rainforest, and 4 for city states. Also, while districts in other cities count for the adjacency bonus, there are no half points for adjacency bonuses that require 2 adjacent tiles. And also, you cannot combine 2 different bonuses. For example, with holy sites, 1 adjacent forest and 1 adjacent district gets you 0 faith in adjacency.

Sadly it is still the same as the rest of the Mystery Dungeon games and you cannot evolve until after completing the Epilogue. Serebii.net is also full of answers and super helpful. Hope this helped!

No, this is not a bug. The ability "Mana" provides +1 production to unimproved forests and rainforests respectively +2 with the Conservation civic. Since you are improving the tile by adding a camp, you lose this bonus.

There seems to be a legitimate way of catching Mew that doesn't involve breaking the game and it's hex codes. Legitimate is a loose term here, as it's still a glitch that requires some good timing and patience. Link is here, outline detailed below: Preconditions Have a Pokemon that knows Fly. If you have fought the following trainers, the glitch will not be able to be performed. Route 25 (Road to Bill's House) - Youngster w/ Slowpoke. He is the fourth trainer you come across after crossing Nugget Bridge, standing above a female trainer and looking North. Route 8 (Road between Lavender Town and Saffron City) - Gambler w/ two Poliwags and a Poliwhirl. He is standing just east of Saffron City, facing North towards the Underground Path. Steps On Route 8, stand in front of the door to the Underground Path. Save your game. Walk down one step, and immediately press Start. If you succeed, the menu will pop up before the Gambler "sees" you. Go to the Pokemon that knows Fly, and fly to Cerulean. The Gambler will see you just before you fly away. (A note - Your start button will no longer function until the completion of the next step) Go North across Nugget Bridge, and find the Youngster trainer. The game will freeze up if you walk directly into him, so stay a few tiles away and wait for him to see you. Battle him and defeat the Slowpoke. Your Start button will work again. Fly to Lavender Town. Head West onto Route 8. As soon as you enter the narrow path, a menu will pop up. Press B to exit, and a battle with Mew will begin. I have not completed this glitch myself, and have only made a more clear and concise post from the linked source above. There's no guarantee that it will actually work.

Most Natural Wonders provide bonuses or improve tiles surrounding them. With that in mind, it's likely best to leave spaces between them and your city as to work tiles and get those bonuses they are providing (+Science, Food or whatever). Ones that just provide singular bonuses on the wonder tile themselves, or ones that give bonuses for moving units adjacent won't really be hurt by your city being right next to it. Since districts don't get worked like normal tiles, building a district or wonder next to it would negate the bonuses they are providing to the tile. However the one exception is: "Natural Wonders also give an adjacency bonus to Holy Site Districts in which all adjacent tiles receive +2 Appeal."

You can't spend Gold, Faith etc. to speed up building a district, the only way is to build them the normal way. But: there is at least one way to grant an instant production boost though - chopping down woods, or harvesting resources.

There are 2 main factors; A player becomes more injury prone when fitness is lower. Use fitness cards to keep your star players topped up, and use rotation to give your other players a rest. A players physical attributes (strength, stamina) also play a part. There are also 1 or more hidden characteristics for injury proneness, so if you notice a player who gets injured a lot, it might be time to replace him.

Great Prophet points are strictly for getting a great prophet (just like great scientist points are strictly for getting a great scientist). Being that you can only get one Great Prophet in a game, this means that great prophet points have no use once you've founded a religion or received a great prophet. Holy site prayers do give faith so it's not entirely worthless. And it's pretty much the same logic for Exodus of the Evangelists dedication.

You can't cancel a trade route. When you set up a trade route, it indicates for how many turns it will run (number near the arrow sign on the trade route info). After the trade route has run its course you will be able to assign it to a new destination.

The Saka Horse Archer is a ranged unit, not cavalry. This is noted in it's wiki page as I linked and it is also noted that the unit upgrades directly into the field cannon, not another cavalry. Although it is researched under Horseback Riding, and benefits from the "Make 1 Get 1" bonus of Scythia for light cavalry and horse archer units, they do not actually require horses to build, and they are not actual cavalry units. So to answer your question specifically, you will need a barracks to boost the units XP since they are for melee and ranged units, and a stable is only used for cavalry units.
