Does finding all locations in a region fill out unexplored areas of the map?

In Xenoblade Chronicles 1, if you discovered every named location and landmark in a region any unexplored sections of the map would be filled in automatically.

Does the same apply to Xenoblade Chronicles 3? Will finding every landmark and named area fill in the map?

Yes! An easy map to test this:

While climbing the sword, the outer area does not have many POIs or waypoints; you can test it by finishing this area.

This is a very helpful way to finish off a certain gigantic map.

The map is the same for all players, and I don't believe the map has been updated since release. However, the spawn location of your lifepod does vary slightly every time you start a new playthrough. It should always be in the Safe Shallows near the center-ish of the map, but sometimes it's closer or farther from the Aurora or the mountain island. This may throw off your directions at first, but I can verify that the layout of the map has been effectively the same since the Primary Containment Facility update went live during early release. I've built my base in the same place in at least 5 different playthroughs. Wrecks are also always in the same locations. Fragments are a little more random - specific fragments can only spawn in specific wrecks, but their location within those wrecks is randomized each playthrough as well.

You can use the Getpos[x, y, or z] command to get the coordinates of an object. You would need to append the id of the object you're looking for to that command (ItemID->). Using the Sunder item as an example your command would look like this sunder->Getpos, x. You can use player->Getpos[x,y,z] to get the coordinates of yourself in order to determine you are heading in the correct direction. You can use PlaceAtPC, [ItemID], [Count], [Distance], [Direction] command to place an object near you. Note taht it's recommended to use 1 as the Distance and Direction. You can also add a copy of the item into your inventory by using AddItem [ItemID] [count]

I don't believe it is possible to achieve this using only hoppers, at least not without a crap-ton of complicated redstone. However, if you're willing to add in a simple rail system and a chest minecart, you can do it quite easily. Here's the setup: Place rails on top of your hoppers, and on one end (left in the image) place a powered rail and a redstone torch to power it continuously. On the other side (right in the image) place a detector rail connected to a redstone comparator, which feeds a signal to a redstone repeater and then another powered rail (under the minecart in the image). Place a chest minecart on the powered rail and a button on the block underneath. Then, when you have a whole lot of a certain block/ore to smelt, place it in the chest minecart and just hit the button. The minecart will bounce back and forth on the track, distributing its load evenly amongst the furnaces and eventually coming to rest back at the start when it is empty. This works because the detector rail and comparator will create a redstone signal whenever a non-empty cart passes over the rail, activating the right-side powered rail and sending the minecart back out. BONUS: You can further improve this system by placing a hopper chain below your furnaces that automatically pulls out all the smelted results and places them in a chest. It's also possible to add a second track system to feed combustibles into the backs of your furnaces in an evenly distributed manner as well. This screen shot shows one such system I added to the above example: Note that I had to add an extra row of hoppers to the back side of the furnaces in order to create a separation between the tracks (or else they tended to try and connect to one another).

This is quite a common error in assassins creed. Your best choice would be to do the side missions that appear on the map because sometimes the system actually forgets the fact that you've done the side missions to activate the assassination target mission. So you need to just run through a couple of side missions. If that doesn't work it could possibly be corrupted data.

Yes you can! That is, as long as you know the map number of the map you want to remake (or can figure it out by experimenting). /give [playername | @p] minecraft:filled_map [amount_of_maps] [map_number] The key reason this may be possible for you is that you already had the map, since it doesn't appear to be currently possible to generate new, pre-filled maps. Also backed up by the Minecraft Wiki page on Maps: A map created using /give can be any map by using the Map parameter to specify the map number desired. E.g. /give [player] minecraft:filled_map{map:5} gives the specified player map_5. If no data value is supplied it defaults to map_0. If map_0 has not ever been crafted, it is centered on x=0, z=0. If you see an enemy or monster with these sparks, you have located a Lucky monster. Lucky monsters are rare, but their strength isn’t any different than the rest of their types. Lucky monsters will give out far better rewards when they are defeated. If a particular type of enemy is a Lucky monster, you’re far more likely to earn legendary versions of their materials or unique equipment for your characters. It appears to be markers to that show up opposite the POI from the center of your screen (at least on the PC version.) I took a short video of it, here, that you can see. Watch as I move the map around, the dots move around, so that they are always on the opposite side of the POI from the center of my screen. They don't appear to serve any purpose other than decorative.

You can’t use the ziplines until mid-chapter 4. By doing the story related hero quest for https://xenoblade.fandom.com/wiki/Juniper After completing this hero quest, you’ll be taught how to ride on ziplines. Once you obtain this ability, you can then backtrack to previous areas to obtain contains and unlock new areas that were previously inaccessible.

I had some trouble getting key molds too. What I did was kill mobs and monsters for about 45 minutes straight and they COULD drop a key mold.

Guys at Gamebanshee published a really nice annotated map of Skyrim, available as single BIG (2720x1935) image or a 9-pages PDF. As reported by @Mehmet and interactive map is available on Mashupforge. When the "UPGRADE" message appears as such, this means you have recently1 upgraded an existing gem, or crafted a new one. By navigating to the gem selection screen in the character menu, a gem will have an orange dot on the top-right of it indicating it has been upgraded/created. If you hover over all the gems with this dot, the "UPGRADE" message will go away. 1 Recently is relative, since this will stay as long as you have unchecked upgrades.

These locatons unlock in future playthroughs. Unfortunately when you finished the game (which I am assuming you did) and you selected the secret mission you made yourself ineligible on this playthrough to unlock the doors. See this IGN thread. It is generally suggested to play through the game multiple times unitl you have visited all of the paths and THEN tackle the secret quests. So basically if you want these paths to unlock you can't take on the secret quests you need to just select a new playthrough.
