What does it mean when a fire appears behind a player's damage number during a match in MultiVersus?

Flames appear behind a player's damage meter when they reach 100 or more damage. The flames increase in size as the player takes more damage.

You can use the https://minecraft.fandom.com/wiki/Commands/clear command. Example: /clear @a minecraft:flint_and_steel @a is a https://minecraft.fandom.com/wiki/Target_selectors which selects all players. You can supply any item ID instead of minecraft:flint_and_steel. The Minecraft wiki should tell you the ID of any item on it's page. For example, see the https://minecraft.fandom.com/wiki/Sword?so=search#ID page for all the different sword IDs. Because you need this to execute every tick, make sure this Command Block is set to "repeating" mode. Otherwise, it will only clear the items once.

To answer the question posed in the initial question: Only if you had 0 intelligence and no other damage bonuses! Base damage is simply weapon damage + any damage bonus from gear (+elemental damage is effectively "+damage" as far as the system is concerned). The formula is roughly as follows Base Damage = (weapon damage range + bonus damage from gear) × bonus from primary attribute† × other class bonuses from skills. Ability Damage = Base Damage (as above) × % Weapon Damage listed on the ability. †1 primary attribute = +1% bonus damage Weapon speed doesn't come into play at all when calculating damage from abilities. What this means is that weapon speed is balanced as a stat; either you deal more damage per hit (by picking a slower weapon), or you use more abilities (since weapon speed affects animation time). DPS is entirely useless as a comparison metric unless you're only auto-attacking.

The reason you would care is because people who play as a group are more likely to have good synergy and teamwork, especially due to the fact that they are more likely to be using voice chat. While the game does indeed have in game voice chat, and as @DanmakuGrazer pointed out- that defaults to a private channel for groups, and very few people use in-game voice at all in my experience. They are much more likely to use something like teamspeak or curse voice as a group and coordinate strategies. I would consider is desirable to be paired with a group of players because of this, and I don't think it is poor etiquette to play as a group of people. If it were, the option probably wouldn't exist, and I personally prefer to play with my friends rather than random people. Though, if you do play as a group of 4 or 5, you may get accused of trying to pubstomp or tryharding.

Did I just screw myself out of a pokemon? In Pokémon GO, leaving your Vaporeon in a gym for an extended period is not necessarily a bad thing. While your Vaporeon is in the gym, you will continue to earn PokéCoins (up to a daily limit) for the number of days it remains defending the gym. Once your Vaporeon returns to you, you will receive the accumulated PokéCoins. So, it's not necessarily a negative outcome; you are still earning rewards while it's in the gym.

To team players who are within five blocks of one another who don't currently have a team: In a repeating command block: execute as @a[team=] at @s if @a[team=,distance=1..5,limit=1] run execute as @a[distance=..5,limit=2] run team join @s What this does is it executes as a player who has no team at that player if there is a single player within 1 to 5 blocks away who also doesn't have a team. It runs another execute function which executes as both players joining them both to a team. If you want to randomize which team they join try something like this: Setup a scoreboard to track the current time: /scoreboard objectives add time dummy In a repeating command block set the scoreboard to the current time: execute store result score @a time run time query daytime In a number of similar repeating command blocks set a particular team depending on the current time: in this example green is for 1000 to 2000: execute as @a[team=] at @s if @a[team=,distance=1..5,limit=1] run execute as @a[distance=..5,limit=2] if score @s time matches 1000..2000 run team join green @s You'd need a different command block for each team and time.

You are probably trying to put out the wrong fires. Quest fires are interactable objects looking like bowls with flames. When you are close, the prompt "Extinguish flame" is shown:

Setup a scoreboard with the current time: scoreboard objectives add currentTime dummy In a tick function or repeating command block put: execute store result score @a currentTime run time query daytime Under the above line in your tick function or in a different repeating command block: execute as @a if score @s currentTime matches 13183..22800 run effect give @s minecraft:strength 1 0 Basically, when the time is night it will give every player strength 1, which will make them hit harder. You can change the level of strength from 0 to whatever you want depending on what damage boost you want.

You find them in cages in pillager outposts and those jail rooms in woodland mansions. Once you have one you can duplicate it with amethyst shards (similar to breeding). You can right click them with an item and they will hold the item. When they are holding an item from you they will wander around looking for the item they are holding. If they see it dropped on the ground they will pick it up and bring it to the player who initially gave them an item. Keep in mind they won't wander a very long distance, and no mobs can move outside a certain range of players, world spawn chunks, and chunk loaders. The allay will stay within a certain distance of you so you probably won't lose them very often. However, they often prove very unreliable and aren't used that often outside of the early-game (to gather items such as saplings from a tree farm, or stone from the mines when your inventory is full), or in redstone. You can "bind" them to a note block if you activate it every few seconds (you can automate this with redstone) in which case they will drop their items next to the note block instead of the player. This has been used in sorting systems with items such as music discs which cannot be sorted using a traditional item sorter. (This is the redstone use I was talking about.) They can also bring you unstackable items like totems, however if they take fatal damage they would use the totem you gave them, similar to foxes. A good source of reliable information is the https://minecraft.fandom.com/wiki/Allay TL;DR: find them in pillager outposts or woodland mansions, they can pick up items for you, or can be used in item sorters with note blocks, but they can be quite unreliable.

So far my data points to this being the right explanation: Impact is a measure of how much to scale the Attack of the weapon by, to determine a per-bullet damage. If you make a plot betwen Impact and bullet damage in weapons with the same Attack (sidenote: all weapons of the same level, rarity and weapon slot have the same Attack) you'll see a correlation. I don't know the exact scaling factors and numbers involved, or whether this changes as you go up towards legendaries/exotics as my data is mostly from the most consistent baseline source of weapons I have (white primary engrams from Cryptarch, which give lvl 15 weapons). I also only own a single legendary and no exotic weapons. This means that if you're comparing Attack directly you might as well be comparing levels. Impact will give you a rough idea of how large the single-shot damage will be relative to other weapons with the same Attack, but if you're comparing a lower Attack weapon with one with a higher Attack, you'll have to do some quick headmath to determine if the weapon will do the right kind of damage for your usage pattern, based on impact difference and rate of fire. In general at this point it's better to just testfire the weapon. The data I refer to is available in this google spreadsheet

Yes, you have to be on the same server. Worldwide there are different regions, and people usually choose the nearest one to minimize ping and lag. Matchmaking is created only with players on the same server. Unless you have a sort of pre-lobby in game, where a friend invites you and other people to play together. In that case only the leader's setting will matter.

I did a lot of research, and here are the results. Damage type is in the top left corner of each chart. Separate rows for each number of blast resistance upgrades and separate columns for each number of crit resistance upgraded. Tested each for, normal heavy, Demoman with Charging Targe Shield and Fists of Steel. The damage is calculated by tf2 as follows. The damage of a crit pipe is separated into crit damage and normal damage, then each resistance is applied, then both valued are added together, then weapon/buffbanner/VACmedic resistances are applied. From this we also learn that for non-crit damage the first resistance upgrade only reduces dmg by 25% compared to no upgrade. 2 upgrades reduce dmg by 33% compared to 1 upgrade. And 3 upgrades reduce dmg by 50% compared to 2 upgrades. So logically, whatever it is you're upgrading (like blast resistance), make sure to upgrade it all the way, before upgrading something else (like bullet resistance). Upgrading a damage resistance only once is probably a waste of credits, as they will be better spent elsewhere (like speed, to dodge rockets, or health regen). If you have 1200 credits, its much better to upgrade 3x blast and 1x bullet (or 1x blast and 3x bullet) than 2x blast and 2x bullet. If there are crit soldier robots or crit heavy robots approaching always upgrade crits 3x (not 2x or 1x). If you only have 1050 credits, it would be wiser to upgrade crit 3x and blast 2x, instead of blast 3x and crit 1x. If non-crit robots are the bigger threat, obviously upgrade blast 3x. One more thing, I noticed a bug for pyro. Bullet resistances will reduce pyros self fire damage in the same way as fire resistance does. And the effect is even stacked. Very useful to know if you like to jump around the map with detonator and jump height upgrade and don't fancy taking 45 damage with every blast. The Moon Whistle Cave Raider is located at Rock Slide Hall in a cave around 5957m. The cave has two entrances: one near the center of the wall at 5968m with a ledge sticking out of the cave, and one on the right side at 5980m that you'll need to climb into from the side. Find either one of these entrances then head into the cave to find the Moon Whistle.

When a player no longer has any "main" buildings (Command Center / Nexus / Hatchery), this message appears. After a short time, that player's buildings, and buildings only, will be revealed to its enemies in the minimap and the main game window. Only the buildings themselves appear, you do not get vision of their surroundings. Once that player starts rebuilding a main building the "is no longer being revealed" message appears and then you lose vision of the buildings - though a more common follow-up to the "is being revealed" message is "has left the game" That cycle of being-revealed / no-longer-being-revealed may repeat multiple times in the same game. The purpose of this mechanism is to prevent an almost-defeated player from hiding a building somewhere remote in order to needlessly prolong a losing game.
