What determines the type of boosters I receive after releasing a blade? Is it based on the type of blade I'm releasing or is it random?

As the https://xenoblade.fandom.com/wiki/Blade_(XC2)#Releasing_Blades states:

Releasing yields certain resources to the player, usually boosters corresponding to the Blade's element. The quantity and type of items received upon release is determined by the Strength of Blade.

Here's a chart:

◆ = booster corresponds to the Element of the released Blade
❖ = booster received is random

And according to several sources:
- Bravery Booster has Fire and Water affinity
- Truth Booster has a Wind and Ice affinity
- Compassion Booster has Electric and Earth affinity
- Justice Booster has a Light and Dark affinity

Elpys does indeed cause gameplay effects, which are actually fairly painful. There are three "AntiBladeArea" zones in Elpys. The lower regions of the dungeon are in "worse" zones, so the effects there are more pronounced. (I'm having trouble finding the exact definitions of these zones, but they're pretty easy to figure out just by playing due to item 1 in the below list.) While in these areas, the following things happen: Blade Specials are capped. This means you won't ever be able to attach orbs to enemies or do anything resembling a good chain attack (without accessories that attach orbs at lower special levels). This is the most significant effect. In-battle affinity is capped. Driver stats are modified, with attack being weaker, but defence being stronger. The exact numbers defend on the driver. Region Special cap Affinity cap Driver atk A Driver def A Driver atk B Driver def B Upper 3 1000 90% 110% 95% 105% Middle 2 900 85% 115% 90% 110% Lower 1 700 80% 120% 85% 115% Rex, Nia, and Zeke are in driver group A. Mòrag is in driver group B. Tora is unaffected, as are all his Blades. Jin is in group A. Vandham in is group B. Malos's stats are unaffected, but his Blades are. None of the above groups are randomly-assigned, they all have lore backing. Poppibuster is not affected. Characters that act as Blades but are not from Alrest (i.e. cameos from challenge mode) are also unaffected. According to this article, yes: Once a Pokemon is made available as a shiny Pokemon, it is possible to receive a shiny variant in any way the Pokemon is obtainable. Evolved Pokemon cannot be caught shiny. They must be caught shiny in the basic stage, then evolved. The exception to this rule is Pikachu (and now Nidorina and Nidoqueen), who can be caught shiny.

In the more recent games, there are NPCs that you can talk to and they will tell you what type of Hidden Power your Pokémon has. According to Bulbapedia, the locations of the NPCs are: Platinum: Veilstone Game Corner Prize Exchange Heart Gold/Soul Silver: Celadon Game Corner Prize Exchange Black/White: Mistralton City Pokémon Center. XY: Anistar City South-Eastern-most house Also the location of the Hidden Power TM. Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire: Fortree City Top row of houses, second from the left. Also the location of the Hidden Power TM If you want to find out through combat, here's something I threw together (Disclaimer: there's likely a much more efficient way to figure it out): 1. I can't 100% confirm this yet, but I believe it to be the case: When a character leaves the party temporarily, their accessories and aux cores remain equipped, but you still have access to them and can take them back to put on someone else. When a character leaves the party permanently, their accessories and aux cores are unequipped and returned to inventory.

The first thing that drives who comes out of the Normandy is your EMS. If it is too low, nobody comes out of the wreckage. Joker always comes out first if he survives. If Synthesis is chosen EDI comes out next. Next comes your romance option if they are still alive and part of the crew. My Shep picked Liara, and she came out after Joker and EDI. I've ran different endings multiple times, and Liara is always the one to come out after Jocker and EDI. In youtube clips of the ending I've seen, this person is almost always a possible romance option for the sex of the Shepard in the ending. I've seen clips with Traynor and Cortez, so it's not limited to squad members. If three people haven't come out, then this is when the "closest too" crew members appear. I think it's always a squad member. It ran through the destroy ending twice, and had the same character in this slot both times. I don't think it is random. It could be based off of who you talked to the most or used the most on missions. If I had to pick one it would be the later. I got Javic who I did use frequently as a party member and was in my party during the final mission. Who you take on the final mission doesn't effect who exits the Normandy. I guess they just leave you for dead.

There are a lot of elements, so I'm just going to link to this table which summarises them all for Pokemon X & Y; I expect the list for Pokemon Go may be slightly different, but I don't think anyone has yet compiled a table for that. For example, water is super effective against fire, fire is super effective against grass, and grass is super effective against water. And here is an alternative representation of the same information that may be easier to read for some. The center column is the attacking type; it is super effective against the types to its right, and not very effective against the types to its left.

Yes, fainted drivers still gain experience while unconscious. You can see the EXP earned on top of the driver's body.

You can place the following blocks: Coloured blocks can be built cheaply. Road blocks let you move twice as fast. Transparent coloured blocks or force-fields only allow one team through. Bank blocks work as banks for one team only. Beacon blocks show up on your team's radar. Jump blocks are trampolines. Ladder blocks let you climb up. Explosive blocks and shock blocks are very dangerous indeed. Explosives can destroy enemy blocks. Normally, you cannot destroy blocks placed the by enemy team. The following blocks occur naturally: Lava blocks flow to fill empty space, and kill you. Dirt does nothing, but you can dig through it. Ore, gold and diamond are valuables. You mine these and collect the spoils.

The Old Factory's Control Room is near where you were held prisoner. Fast travel to the Ether Refinery Corridor then the door will be behind you down the hallway.

Weak returns give your opponent a chance shot. The spin / lob of the weak return is what determines the type of chance shot. A weak return is one that is poorly timed or not an accurate hit.

Commands can't target entities in unloaded chunks, and are generally bad at editing the contents of containers. To do what you want to do, you will need to use an external tool. Here's how to do it with MCEdit Unified: Double click on any chest containing an elytra to bring up the chest GUI: Select the elytra in the item list Press Delete All Instances Of This Item From World You'll get a warning message telling you what you're about to do, to which you should press OK After it's done deleting the item (may take a while) save and exit. This should only affect the current dimension you're in on MCEdit, so you will not need to regenerate the end.

Recalling a Blade will recall the entire party and cancel the mission without granting any rewards (ie: money, experience, affinity chart progress). Blades can be recalled either by engaging a blade that is on a mission (Characters > Engage Blades) or by selecting an active mission (Merc Group).
