How does recalling a blade from a mission work?

If I try to engage a blade while they are on a Merc Group mission, I get a notice asking if I want to recall the blade from their mission.

How does recalling a blade work? Will recalling the blade recall the entire squad of blades or just the one blade I've selected? Will a recalled blade get any experience from their mission?

Recalling a Blade will recall the entire party and cancel the mission without granting any rewards (ie: money, experience, affinity chart progress).

Blades can be recalled either by engaging a blade that is on a mission (Characters > Engage Blades) or by selecting an active mission (Merc Group).

Any pouch item in the https://xenoblade.fandom.com/wiki/Dessert category counts as a sweet. Use Dessert pouch items while Boreas is engaged to meet the requirement.

This is a case of XC2's unfriendly terminology biting you. A Core Chip's bonus strength does not apply to Merc Mission strength requirements because the two uses of the word "strength" here are referring to two distinct and entirely unrelated things. When Core Chips modify "Strength", they're modifying the Driver's Strength stat, thus increasing the amount of physical damage dealt when that Blade is active. When a Merc Mission is asking for a Blade's "Strength", they're checking the Blade's Strength stat, which is the number of unlocked nodes in their Affinity Chart.

Is it possible to complete a blade's level 3 Affinity Chart reward before completing the level 2 reward? While my current save is not in a really good spot to test this, but I'm going with No. While reviewing Myrtha's affinity chart, I have her level 4 nodes unlocked. As you can see in the screenshots below, she has a handful for level 2 and 3 not completed. I know for a fact I've used Lightning Buster and Photo Edge a numerous amount of times after unlocking these nodes, but yet they do not any progression towards completion. Will progress towards level 3 count if I haven't completed level 2? The answer to this one is that it depends on the node. As shown above, progression towards level 3 nodes does not count if level 2 is not completed. However, there are some nodes that have "Previous instances count toward total" as sub-text

The quantity and type of items received upon release is determined by the Strength of Blade. It's confusing, but through personal experience by having purchased the physical edition of Torna - The Golden Country, I can confirm that it does not provide a digital version to Torna - The Golden Country. The digital code it comes with for the Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Expansion Pass is slightly different than the on the eStore, redeeming only the expansion pass and not Torna - The Golden Country. If you want absolutely best ending, I think the consensus is that you do NOT have any spare time after IFF mission (except for the loyalty mission for the final crew member). Leaving any content for that point in the game will be a trade-off - of how much do you want to play with the last crew member and how much do you value it over getting the best ending for your crew. As for the story DLCs overall, most of them should be done as you like, no order preferred. They are after all mostly self contained stories. There are arguments that say taking the last party member on Overload gives interesting new dialogues, how Lair of the Shadowbroker doesn't make much sense before (or after, depending on who you listen) the final mission, but it is personal preference in the end, and they are absolutely enjoyable at any moment you decide. The only thing I would back is leaving Arrival as the last thing you do in this game - since that DLC is clearly intended as a bridge between Mass Effect 2 and 3.

Yes, fainted drivers still gain experience while unconscious. You can see the EXP earned on top of the driver's body.

It's not working because of "firelordarmor 2". That's not a part of the command and shouldn't be there, delete it. Also you need quotes around the names of the items. Unfortunately, I don't think Fallout Tactics has a feature that lets you restart from the beginning of a mission. You're probably going to have to load a previous save, however much progress that may lose you. As a tip for next time: Fallout Tactics has a lot of quirks. Namely, those turrets in Peoria can be easily defeated when deactivated by feeding them a ton of drugs/chems. They overdose and die after a moderate amount, even though they're not biological. If you don't have the drugs, melee weapons that can penetrate their armor are your best bet. Despite how dangerous they are at range, they actually have awful accuracy at melee range and are reasonably safe to stab to death. I think you can use the diamond spears you can buy from the Quartermaster.

The excavation site for Mysterious Part B won't appear until you've found and deciphered https://xenoblade.fandom.com/wiki/Mor_Ardain_Murals . To reach the Mor Ardain Murals, fast travel to Empire of Mor Ardain > Alba Cavanich > Nharil Central Plaza. Turn right and climb two sets of stairs to the roof. Walk north until you reach a set of boxes to access the roof. Head back south towards Hardhaigh Palace and use another set of boxes to get over a railing. When you get to the end, jump across to the building straight ahead. Fall down to the left to find the mural next to a ladder. Once the mural has been deciphered, the excavation site for Mysterious Part B will appear. If you have Riddle on the Wall as your active quest, the chest location will be marked on your map.

Is it a bug that it says it scales with Arcane when it doesn't seem to, or am I missing something? Arcane attack is needed for arcane scaling to work. Note that slotting arcane gems will change it to pure arcane weapon. Also buffs like fire paper and bolt paper do not scale. And for this particular weapon, what's the best strategy for upgrading stats to maximize damage? Good strategy is to uprade strength and skill equally. This post goes into detail about scaling. Basically upgrading to 25 gives the most percentage - 50% * base damage. Upgrading from 25 to 50 gives additional 35%. Scaling is linear in these ranges. What attributes should I be shooting for? On my first playthrough I made a strength build and later regretted about it. The game basically wants you to upgrade everything a little bit to get max percentage bonuses. Upgrading vitality is essential because there are many situations where enemies hit for like 95% of your health and can easily one-shot you if you don't upgrade it.

If I understand your question correctly, you're asking whether the AP points are collected based on cumulative miles driven or if they have a base collection point given at X value for distance driven in Y session. They're cumulative as far as I've tested. 1.) Chocobo experience gains are cumulative. I seriously doubt some developer was sitting there arguing the finer points of resetting driving AP gains despite cumulative Chocobo exp gain. If they did, some other developer probably dumped salt in the the coffee to make a point about how asinine that would be - or maybe I'm projecting what I would do - I dunno. Seems legit. 2.) Having a cumulative system reduces the compulsion to game it and encourages the player to focus on the important things, like making Ramen noodles for Gladios or requesting Prompto keep taking pictures of unimportant things at bad angles and horrible timing.

Everyone usually shares a single courier that a non-carry player should buy at the beginning and upgrade to flying as soon as possible. You can buy more couriers (as many as you want), but most teams only use one. In general, solo mid gets first rights to courier use, especially in order to get their bottle. Other than that, it is generally not encouraged for you to bring items to yourself that you could buy at the side or secret shops, as they are close enough you can just walk there from lane. If you do bring something from base, only do so with essential items or "big"(expensive) items. Otherwise wait until you have multiple things to bring out. Ferrying 1 ironwood branch at a time to yourself ties up the courier and will make everyone rage at you.
