"Clorthax" is the guy prominently featured in the Steam Summer Sale 2022, and is introduced as "a time-travelling trickster".
You might have seen him:

I get Clorthax is not a real person (although mentioned on Steam — and thus on Google — as being the developer and publisher for all of "the ten best games from the far future"):

Anyhow, I want to know who the guy in the picture is (and why he was chosen to represent this person from the future).

He looks like David Tennant.... about the time-traveler, I can say that he was in Doctor Who, acted as the 10th doctor (from here they took 10 games). And but honestly how to explain that he is a trickster, I don't know... Maybe because he sometimes deceived the story in the series, who know. Glitch-effects can be easily confused, but this version is my headcanon.

If your computer is locked, that means that your computer is running but that you will be prompted for a password when you go to use it next. In this case, Steam will continue downloading your games as long as the computer is running, e.g. unless the computer falls asleep. If you put your computer to sleep manually or if it falls asleep automatically after a while, that means that your computer's CPU and some other components more or less turn off. If your computer is asleep, all of your running programs are effectively paused in a suspended state, and Steam will definitely not download games.

You find them in cages in pillager outposts and those jail rooms in woodland mansions. Once you have one you can duplicate it with amethyst shards (similar to breeding). You can right click them with an item and they will hold the item. When they are holding an item from you they will wander around looking for the item they are holding. If they see it dropped on the ground they will pick it up and bring it to the player who initially gave them an item. Keep in mind they won't wander a very long distance, and no mobs can move outside a certain range of players, world spawn chunks, and chunk loaders. The allay will stay within a certain distance of you so you probably won't lose them very often. However, they often prove very unreliable and aren't used that often outside of the early-game (to gather items such as saplings from a tree farm, or stone from the mines when your inventory is full), or in redstone. You can "bind" them to a note block if you activate it every few seconds (you can automate this with redstone) in which case they will drop their items next to the note block instead of the player. This has been used in sorting systems with items such as music discs which cannot be sorted using a traditional item sorter. (This is the redstone use I was talking about.) They can also bring you unstackable items like totems, however if they take fatal damage they would use the totem you gave them, similar to foxes. A good source of reliable information is the https://minecraft.fandom.com/wiki/Allay TL;DR: find them in pillager outposts or woodland mansions, they can pick up items for you, or can be used in item sorters with note blocks, but they can be quite unreliable.

Steam will automatically download the game. Here's what you should do: Close Steam . Re-run Autorun.exe (the disk autorun). Choose the "reinstall" option. Presto... The game installs from the disks.

You should be able to do the backup of the game and then restore it on to your machine via the Steam UI. I have successfully done it by just copying the folder that contains the game and transferring that via USB drive. Probably quicker, but it will have to verify the files when you try and 'install' it on your computer, but that is usually a quick process if his game files are up to date.

To purchase FIFA23 Ultimate Edition from the PlayStation Store without creating an account, unfortunately, it is not possible. You will need to create a PlayStation Network (PSN) account to access the PlayStation Store and make purchases. The process is relatively straightforward and requires some basic information to set up an account.

You can easily do this by going here if you have access to your phone number, which you don't but, if you start the process, there's a certain step where you can choose something like "I can't confirm the phone number" and you can go on following that path. I'm not sure about it as I never did it but you will probably have to contact Steam support (good luck with that).

There is a user on the Steam forums that has laid out a solution to this problem. It has worked for other users in the topic. It involves a bit of meddling with the registry, be careful to only change keys listed in this post. The original post is a bit clustered; the steps are laid out below: Open your start menu, type regedit and press Enter. a. (For 64-bit versions of Windows) Navigate to key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432NODE\Sims(Steam) by using the drop arrows next to the folders. b. (for 32-bit versions of Windows) Navigate to key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Sims(Steam) by using the drop arrows next to the folders. Right click on the folder for Sims(Steam) and select Export. Save the file to your Desktop as whatever you choose, make sure that it is saving as type: Win9x\NT4 Registration Files, it can be selected in the drop down under the box for inputting the name of the file. Right Click the file saved to your Desktop and select Edit. Replace all instances of Sims(Steam) with Sims, then save your changes. Go back to the Registry Editor, then open the File menu and select Import. Find the file that you just edited and click Open. Reboot, your Create-A-World should now work.

From the best of my understanding: When you scam somebody, you find a new, guillible TF2 player who has earbuds (or an unusual, or another very valuable item), lie to them about their value (tell them that they are worthless) and offer very little for it. Offering a Paypal payment and then failing to go through with it (and viceversa) also counts. Here's SteamRep.com's definition: A scammer is anyone that uses deception, thievery, lies, or anything that is underhanded to take advantage of or steal from another trader. See below for more comprehensive list of what qualifies for SCAMMER status: (snip; non-comprehensive list folows) Charge-back or Reversal (buy an item from the store, trade it away, chargeback purchase) Quick-switching items (offer to trade one item, trade a visually identical/similar but much less valuable item instead) Receiving the item and not paying (offer to trade for cash, get item, don't pay/pay and get refund from PayPal/etc.) Spycrabbing and then not paying (gamble an item away, lose and keep the item) When you shark somebody, you find a new, guillible TF2 player who has earbuds (or an unusual, or another very valuable item) and tell them that you'd like to have it; you'll even give some weapons for it. The sharker banks on the new player being wanting for that annoying bow and arrow thing enough to part with a bunch of pixels in exchange for it. The player doesn't know better and agrees to the exchange, but the sharker didn't actually lie so it is not scamming. The trading "scene" places the blame then on the gullible player for being, well, gullible and agreeing to a bad trade. Obviously he should've known about steamrep.com and backpack.tf and tf2outpost.com and why the hell buds are worth that much money anyway. When you lowball somebody, you try to trade an item for moderately less than what it's worth. Typically used by sellers when they don't feel like accepting somebody's offer. This is also not scamming.

The Moon Whistle Cave Raider is located at Rock Slide Hall in a cave around 5957m. The cave has two entrances: one near the center of the wall at 5968m with a ledge sticking out of the cave, and one on the right side at 5980m that you'll need to climb into from the side. Find either one of these entrances then head into the cave to find the Moon Whistle.

Are you already using manually set categories? This might be useful in combination with what you're already doing. One can manually create new categories for their Steam games, and then manually flag their games as going into that category. To start, right click on a title and select, "Set Categories..." on the popup menu. In the middle of the next popup, there's a field sitting next to a button labeled "Add Category". Create one called "Non-Family Games". A checked checkbox should appear in the list above the field. Go into "Set Categories..." for other titles, and click the checkbox for your new category. Repeat for other titles. Now you should have a new option to filter your games by "Non-Family Games".

Thanks to bco2135 in comments for starting to steer me in the right direction. Thanks to their suggestion to leverage scoreboard and customized objective tracking that way, this has allowed me to get limited execution on items in a single command block properly. There's follow-up for me to do here in additional questions, but at least the first part is handled here. Effectively, I have to do the following (assumes: cheats and op mode): Add a dummy objective I want to track /scoreboard objective add Tracker dummy Tracker Use an always active command block to add 0 to all players (effective on join) for this objective /scoreboard players add @a Tracker 0 Use an execute if entity conditional in the command block able to be triggered by a button: /execute if entity @p[scores={Tracker=0}] run ... ... specifying of course the command to execute when this is true.

If you want to check if a player is using Fabric or Forge when they try to join your Minecraft server, you can use a plugin to do this. There are several plugins available that can check the mods a player is using and block them from joining if they are using certain mods. To use a plugin to block players using Fabric or Forge, you will first need to install a plugin management system on your Minecraft server. The most commonly used plugin management system is called Bukkit, but there are also other options available such as Spigot and Paper. You can use the https://minecraft.fandom.com/wiki/Commands/clear command. Example: /clear @a minecraft:flint_and_steel @a is a https://minecraft.fandom.com/wiki/Target_selectors which selects all players. You can supply any item ID instead of minecraft:flint_and_steel. The Minecraft wiki should tell you the ID of any item on it's page. For example, see the https://minecraft.fandom.com/wiki/Sword?so=search#ID page for all the different sword IDs. Because you need this to execute every tick, make sure this Command Block is set to "repeating" mode. Otherwise, it will only clear the items once.
