What do the quarter circle and full circle icons mean?

Next to the resources satchel icon on the top bar, there are icons for a quarter circle and a full circle with numbers next to them. What do the numbers by the quarter circle and full circle mean?

The full circle represents the number of "large resources" as @Seiyria mentioned, or the "raw materials". The quarter circle represents the "small resources" or the "processed resources".

As per the Borderlands Wikia, it's just a modifier name that means the capacity of the shield is greatly increased over the default (by +60%), but with a slight recharge delay (by +10%). The weaker versions of this modifier are "High Capacity" and "Very High Capacity".

I think what you're referring to is "Pokerus", and it has a purple "PKRS" next to the nature of the pokemon. Pokerus causes the infected Pokemon to gain twice as many "Effort Values" (EVs) as normal, even after the duration of the infection. This causes it to become stronger more quickly than other pokemon. Pokerus can't be cured in any way, and any one pokemon can only have pokerus once, after which it will be immune. Pokerus is a transmittable disease, which can be transmitted to any other pokemon that has not had the disease before, and is directly next to a pokemon that currently has the disease in the party.

The different colors are showing how "good" you finished the level. You get a golden flag if you jump to the very top of the flagpole at the end of the level Green star above the flag means that you have all green stars collected in that level (3 stars every level) Red flag means Mario was first to the pole, pink mean Princess Peach got there first, green is Luigi, blue is Toad and light blue for Rosalina

There seems to be a lot of mismatched information about these resources online, so I'm creating this as a reference for all of the resources, and other information about them like what chapters they drop on. With all enemy drops, the drop rate is not 100%. Hopefully these help while looking at upgrade menus, since they don't have tooltips to tell you what the item is. Basic Resources These resources can always be gained by fulfilling the criteria. Stable Wood - Created by finding 12 Stable Branches. Stable Branches can be gotten by placing Forest, Thicket, killing chests as Rogue, or randomly from Ruins. Preserved Rock - Created by finding 10 Preserved Pebbles. Preserved Pebbles can be gotten by placing Mountain, Rock, or randomly from Ruins. Stable Metal - Created by finding 13 Scrap Metal. Scrap Metal can be gotten by letting items fall out of your bag or randomly from Ruins. Food Supply - Created by finding 12 Rations. Rations can be gotten by placing down Meadow. Book of Memories - Created by finding 10 Memory Fragments. Memory Fragments can be gotten by letting cards get replaced when your hand is full, or walking through a Cemetery. Metamorphosis - Created by finding 20 Noticeable Changes. Noticeable Changes can be gotten by transforming a tile (for example, Meadow to Blooming Meadow, or Rock/Mountain to Mountain Peak) Orbs These resources require luck, setups, or sometimes moving to a newer chapter. Orb of Expansion - Earned by killing at least 5 enemies in a single combat. This can be done by adding a Vampire Mansion near any tile that spawns 4 enemies. Can drop on Chapter 1. Orb of Crafts - Created by finding 10 Craft Fragments. Craft Fragments come from any Artificial or Object enemy. Seems to only drop on Chapter 2+. Orb of Evolution - Created by finding 10 Living Fabric. Living Fabric comes from any Living or Plant enemy (wolfhound, bandit, spider, etc). Only drops on Chapter 2+. Orb of Unity - Earned by killing Liquid or Swarm enemies (slimes, blood clots, etc). Can be farmed by placing Battle Fields next to each other and spawning blood clots. Seems to only drop on Chapter 2+. Orb of Afterlife - Created by finding 10 Pitiful Remains. Pitiful Remains come from Vampire and Undead enemies. Seems to only drop on Chapter 2+. Astral Orb - Created by finding 10 Time Shards. Time Shards are earned by killing Cosmic or Mage enemies. Dark Slimes can be spawned by obliterating an enemy from the map. Mages can be spawned with an empty Bookery next to a Vampire Mansion or a Temporal Beacon. Seems to only drop on Chapter 2+. Orb of Immortality - Earned by killing a chapter boss.

Heart particles emit from mobs that are in "love mode" or are being tamed. Heart particles emitted from a dog: Animals that are "in love mode" emit hearts constantly and will path towards animals up to eight blocks away of the same species that are also in love mode. You can send a mob into love mode by feeding it its specific food item. Each mobs food item can be seen in this table (click to enlarge): In your case you have sent you chicken into "love mode" with seeds. I recommend you read Breeding Mechanics on the Minecraft wiki for more in-depth information.

Yes they stack. The first number is the shield's base value, the second one is its special property because it's a blue (magic) item, the sum makes the shield's total defense stat. In this case the shield just has additional defense, but it could be life, regeneration, etc. Yellow items have more special stats, and orange ones have the most although iirc their base stat (like damage for a weapon) is usually lower to compensate.

Yes beacons affect both you and enemy units as well, we usually assume "all units" means everyone, unless specified. The boss is not affected by the beacon though. As you place tiles in the world, there is a bar that fills up slowly from left to right, below the day's progress bar. When this bar is completely filled, the boss for that act will appear. You can use this to time your boss interactions if you're not ready on a certain loop. Placing any tile into the world directly adds a small amount to this bar

Some people say its an acronym for All Champions Eliminated But in other languages like german, it's "Ass", which is the translation of ace (term from playing cards). This is not new. The anouncer says this when all champions of a team are dead. You don't get any bonuses from it, like gold.

It's a substitution cipher: A=1, B=2, ..., Z=26. Decoded, it reads (station 675-525): I WILL RETURN BATMAN There are also two other messages that you do no get until later in the game. One of them is (station 500-900): 5 15 9 7 21 18 18 14 3 5 24 15 12 7 22 3 10 5 15 9 22 3 8 25 26 15 16 25 10 15 17 25 This one is still a mono-alphabetic substitution cipher, but with a slightly different code: A=3, B=2, C=1, D=26, E=25, ..., Y=5, Z=4. When finally decoded, it reads YOU WILL PAY FOR WHAT YOU HAVE DONE TO ME The last one is (station 200-500 - you have to beat the game first??) 3 20 26 18 26 16 24 1 11 4 24 9 3 8 5 2 12 18 6 16 7 11 3 10 17 5 13 4 21 8 Unfortunately, this one doesn't seem to be a mono-alphabetic substitution cipher - no matter what substitutions we use, we get gibberish: CTZRZPXAKDXICHEBLRFPGKCJQEMDUH There are rumors circulating (originating, it appears, with IGN) that when decoded, this reads "I am your darkest nightmare dark knight. Gotham city waits for his savior." However, this is clearly wrong - there are way too many letters! Fortunately, not too long ago one of the super-sleuths on Batman: Arkham City forums decoded it: If you treat it as a Vigenère cipher using the key SCARECROW, then do atbash, the message comes out to: FEAR WILL TEAR GOTHAM CITY TO SHREDS Therefore, it is pretty obvious the messages are being sent by Scarecrow.

Each wepaon type has a certain guaranteed stat: See here Grey quality items seem to have a tendency to have higher base stats (i.e. dmg for weapons, HP for armor) than higher quality equipment of the same level, but in turn suffer from not having anything but that base stat. This is why axes tend to have high base dmg, they are always grey. Among the other weapon types, there are also slight differences, e.g. polearm is usually a bit higher, while broken sword is a bit lower, possibly to balance the value of their secondary stat.

Meadows bloom when they are next to another non-meadow tile. It can be anything, either rocks/mountains or buildings that you have placed or are placed automatically.

Click on the red pokeball in the bottom middle of the screen. Then click on items and on the top of that screen it should say xxx/350. Bag size fullness is only dictated by total number of items, you can have 350 pokeballs if you wanted.
