How to play Minecraft without a Microsoft account?

Minecraft is a single player game. A Microsoft account was not required when I bought it. It's a requirement they added later. Asking your customers to do this years after the fact is unreasonable.

I don't want a Microsoft account and I'm not making one. How do I play my game?

There is no other way to play Minecraft officially on that account unless you link your Microsoft account.

I've had this happen to me before, it's because your computer is still rendering blocks in the distance. Try reducing your graphics settings to Fast instead of Fancy and reducing the Render Distance in Minecraft's video settings.

The Xbox account currently playing would be kicked from the server, and upon trying to rejoin, the game will give an "invalid session", prompting the user to log back in. Note: this is multiplayer only. Singleplayer may have as many people on different connections as wanted, simply by playing while not connected to the internet.

Make sure you release W/Ctrl (or whatever key you use to sprint) and the space bar after you hit the block you want to jump to. If you release even a little bit off one of those keys, you will stop long-jumping midair. Also make sure you are not "sliding" your finger from one key to the other while hitting either W or the space bar. Accidentally hitting another key in midair may cancel your jump.

I use pits. Dig a pit at least 2 deep and preferably not higher than 3 deep so you won't take damage jumping in, then, place a single ladder along the side on the bottom row (middle if you made it 3 deep). With a combination of W and jumping, you should be able to get out easily, while leaving your animals trapped. It's very easy to get them in, too. Just lead them up with some carrots and stand next to the edge. They should follow you to the edge, and you can easily push them in.

The "ask your parents thingy" is an in-game purchase which you need to pay to continue playing, and you should indeed ask your parents to get through that screen. That screen's there for a reason.

Water in Minecraft is... odd. Physics often don't make sense. The most common answer is that some water actually flows down, whereas some is composed of water source blocks, which doesn't actually flow even though it may look like it's flowing downwards. Swimming up source blocks is much faster than swimming up a downward stream. Another thing that can affect speed is if there are any air pockets created by objects like signs or ladder. This is because you get a small speed boost when exiting the water upwards, so entering these air pockets will actually increase your speed.

Aside from the things you mentioned: Fully Automatic (no need for player's presence): As long as you keep the chunk loaded, you can go on an adventure while your farm is producing Anything that uses a smelter (cooked food, experience generators, etc.) Honey Bottles, Honeycomb Fully Automatic, as long as player is within 128 blocks of farm Melons & Pumpkins can be farmed using BUDs. Mushrooms are easily farmed, since they spread by themselves. Technically speaking, you can't join a Minecraft world on your computer without some form of server. However, provided two computers are on the same LAN (or WiFi or whatever), one of them can connect to the other's world and play in it without the need for dedicated server software. To do this, just go to the pause menu (Esc) and click the Open To LAN button. You will be asked a couple of questions, but you can just click through without changing anything. From there, a special type of server will appear under the "Multiplayer" category of the other computer. This is the LAN world being hosted by another computer. Join that "server," and you will both be in the same game/world.

It should work when you press the register function in the client you downloaded but since the only thing that button does is redirect you to the mojang website, I would suggest you go directly to the website and register your account there. Minecraft Website After you register and purchase the game there you should be able to login to the client using the details you just entered.

If the cover says "Requires Kinect Sensor" with a purple sticker, as Brunswick Pro Bowling does (see here) then you need the Kinect to play. Child of Eden on the other hand, simply says "Better with kinect sensor" in sort of a "notification bar" style artwork (see here), as such the Kinect is optional.

yes, you can move the Minecraft Launcher files to an offline computer, and it will start fine, remembering your installed versions, their icons and names, and so on, but, you'll need to be online anyway to boot up the game because the launcher needs to; log in to verify you've bought the game, re-download any version files to verify itself, i assume, seeing when i attempted it failed to boot because it couldn't connect to the launcher.mojang.com domain to get a proper 1.16.json (even though i had it in the proper location on disk). for those curious how i did this; i set up a virtual machine and did a clean install of Windows 10 on it, making sure it itself was up-to-date with proper drivers, VirtualBox Guest Additions, and so on (this allows for host-to-guest file transfer), i copied the %programfiles(x86)%\Minecraft Launcher and %appdata%\.minecraft files to the guest OS's proper locations, i disconnected the guest OS from any network, i started up Minecraft Launcher manually--it won't pop up in the Start menu like it will in a usual install.

C418 has written a lot of Minecraft music, but only some of it was made to be in Minecraft. A significant minority of the tracks on the albums Minecraft - Volume Alpha and Minecraft - Volume Beta are not from the game and were created for the albums. You have to admit, if C418 released Minecraft - Volume Alpha with only the tracks that were in the game at the time, it would be a disappointingly familiar album and unexciting news. Instead, he recorded more music available exclusively on that album, and made the album that much more worth buying. This is even mentioned on the wiki: Minecraft - Volume Alpha is the first soundtrack released for Minecraft by C418, which features all of the songs available since Alpha made by him plus some extras. C418 did the same when recording Volume Beta — more tracks were created than just those that appeared in the game at the time.
