The Carnival of Creeps update added tickets you can use to spin a prize wheel. Most of the prizes are normal crafting materials, but then there are the two tomato spaces.

What do the tomato spaces on the prize wheel do?

The tomatoes are dud spaces. They don't do anything other than splatter tomatoes on your screen.

The Rainbow Sword is powered by ending your turn on a grindstone. That power is stored until you fire a rainbow blast. A rainbow blast can be fired in one of 8 directions. A vertical or horizontal blast covers 3 lanes, while a diagonal blast covers an alternating 2/1/2 pattern. It deals 3 damage per enemy and is not stopped by creeps, walls, or any obstacles. Note that landing on another grindstone while the Rainbow Sword is already powered up does not let you store multiple rainbow blasts at once.

Toomai and GnomeSlice are right. Those players are using the Wii-wheel. I'm not sure how long you have to play with it in 8, but someone here said 50 races (You have to win 50 races, not just play 50 races). I'm pretty sure there are three in MKW (white, silver, gold) but I don't know about MK8. I haven't seen any players with a white wheel online yet. I'm pretty sure the icon only shows up when you're currently using tilt controls. In any case... White players (if they exist in are playing with the wheel but don't have any achievements with it. Silver players have reached the first benchmark (if the cap for gold is 50, this one might be 25 races) and the gold players have reached the final benchmark, if the 50 races is to be believed. I noticed when I was looking for the number of races you have to win to get the wheel that sometimes people say you have to beat all the ghost data in the time trials for the golden wheel-- That process unlocks the gold tires for cart customization. But the way it's shown in cart customization makes it look like a golden wheel. Just in case you go elsewhere and see someone saying the golden wheel is from the time trials, this is what they're talking about.

You get a Coin Collector Trophy that goes in the Museé Champignon! There are 15 Trophies in the game. They are different than collectibles, so if you’re a completionist, you’ll wanna complete the Eddy River challenge! Good luck!

On page 3 of the Other Settings section of System Settings, you'll find an option called System Transfer. This lets you move all your stuff from one 3DS to another, including save data. This page has a bit more info. Note that you can only do this a limited number of times and all the data will be erased from the original 3DS.

I don't irrigate them at all, the people in the village water them, if it is marked as field. Irrigitation would probably remove the need to water them.

Turns out the date of the server was set to somewhere in the future, changing it to current time solved the problem

Sahara gives you a random carpet and wall every time you pay for her services. If you like, it can be considered that her "prize" is an unorderable carpet/wall from her private collection; it is not always guaranteed you'll receive her own work... Sometimes you get cheap, commonly found carpet and wall. Unfortunately, you could buy her carpets and walls every week, forever and what you receive will always be randomly chosen. To clarify, there are no additional items or rewards you can receive from her, even once you've completed her collection. An excellent Animal Crossing New Leaf catalogue can be found here. Hmmm. I haven't played ICO in forever and I definitely didn't recall a waterwheel puzzle (not that I can claim to recall every puzzle) so I looked it up and in the original release, it was only in the PAL version. Who knew? Apparently they've decided it to be a challenge worthy of inclusion in the HD collection. You're doing it how it has to be done. It would seem that key things to keep in mind are do not run or jump at an angle and everything else it seems is a matter of skill/timing/luck and maybe "twitching the control stick so that he's facing it" before you jump. One recommendation is to perform the second jump without verifying that you made the first. In this video the poster manages to do it in 3 tries, taking about a minute or so at the trouble part and even wasting some time goofing off - maybe watching it will give you some hints.

The Moon Whistle Cave Raider is located at Rock Slide Hall in a cave around 5957m. The cave has two entrances: one near the center of the wall at 5968m with a ledge sticking out of the cave, and one on the right side at 5980m that you'll need to climb into from the side. Find either one of these entrances then head into the cave to find the Moon Whistle.

If you die in a level, you will be sent back to the Tavern with 1 heart. You will not lose progress. You will lose any materials collected during the last level, but otherwise there is no punishment for dying. You can simply heal up at the Tavern and try the level again.
