Does Xiao jump-climb higher than other characters of the same body type?

My kid got Xiao in the new banner and I watched him (with Xiao) climb a cliff I know well, going apparently faster than I am used to. To me, it seems Xiao clears more height when he jumps while climbing.

I searched the web but got no conclusive results. Too much cluttter for my google-fu.

Therefore, Does Xiao jump-climb higher than other characters of the same body type?

No, Xiao does not climb higher than other characters of the same body type. The only thing he offers is a reduction in stamina consumed while climbing, thus allowing him to use more powered jumps, making it seem like he is faster than you.

A quick search of the FAQ for Break Mode yielded this information: TYPES OF BREAK MODE You can switch the break mode type from the Tutorial NPC's menu. STANDARD BREAK Default Break mode. When you enter Break mode, a burst of lightning goes down on the Prinny. This effect actually causes massive damage to nearby enemies as well as stage objects, so it could be both useful and dangerous at certain times. It's especially dangerous if you activate Break mode while standing on breakable platforms. Standard Break mode doubles your attack damage, making rapid attacks MUCH more potent against enemies. CLASSIC BREAK This is the first game's combo gauge function. You don't enter Break mode, (and thus have no access to Break mode attacks) instead you are rewarded with sweets and scarfs/diapers when you fill up the gauge. Classic Break is unlocked by beating the game once. SCORE BREAK A special Break mode that focuses on score bonuses. When you enter Score Break, any and all sources of Score will be multiplied by 4. Sweets, enemies, bosses, you name it. There are some problematic disadvantages to Score Break: No blue aura on ANY move No Prinny Cyclone (Hero Prinny) Instead of bouncing off a wall when you bump into them during a dash or dash jump, Prinny instantly explodes and dies. No damage increase during break mode Score Break is unlocked as a reward for collecting 52 Lucky Dolls.

As Vemonus suggested, it's only the move type that makes a difference. The Pokemon type determines what a Pokemon is weak against. So if your Poliwrath has a move like "Submission" (Fighting type move) then yes, that will have a bonus on Normal types.

By default it costs 3 times as much as normal movement. The strength upgrades, and the augment can all substract 0.5 from that, meaning that if you have all 3, it costs 1.5 times as much as normal movement. The game tracks fractional AP, and displays it rounded down. Normal movement costs 1 AP for adjacent, 1.41 AP (square root 2) for diagonal square. Source: I looked in the source code, and it was also discussed on the forums.

At your AR, you already have access to the biggest drops My answer for your resin usage would be: Weapon mats/Talent mats on the days they're available World bosses for leveling and ascending your character Artefacts if your character has reached your desired ascension and the weapon/talent mats you need are not available And remember, not all talents are worth upgrading, and only use your fragile resin when you want to refresh for artefact farming as it is the only big RNG factor in your upgrades

All you have to do is move toward the wall (the one you're facing when you bounce) after jumping. The simplest thing to do is just repeatedly press over (facing the wall) and the jump button and you should easily be able to climb walls. I'm sure there's something more to it than "spam both buttons" but I do recall that working. I'll try and figure how the more logical aspect of it tonight.

If you're referring to how many character saves: As many as your harddrive has room for. If you're referring to followers: Generally the rule stops at two. One follower, and one Dog (or Troll, depending on your DLC). However this is fairly fluid as there are quests in which you automatically gain a follower, and will stay with you to the mission end. And, just with almost every other part of the game, can be "Hacked" to gain additional permanent followers. (I stopped at a posse of 7). This wiki page describes multiple followers more clearly if you are interested.

In a quick version yes, all trophies auto pop and they added a platinum trophy to PS5 version. Note – This game has also been confirmed to auto pop the PS4 100% if you played the PS5 version first. This is done through the in-game log-in account system, which means you can transfer progress from PC, XBox, mobile etc. and still pop trophies.

Spending money involves specifically buying Genesis Crystals in packs. They can only be converted into other in-game currencies in order to acquire items. It is apparently not always clear when you are spending real money Apparently how? Even purchases from the Wish screen require converting Genesis Crystals into Primo Gems. During character creation, you have a pool of "bonus" attribute points to spend as you wish. (This is the "8" currently next to your INT score.) You must spend all of your bonus points before you can continue creating your character. To do so, click on an attribute; the little selector (where the "8" is showing in your screenshot) will move to that attribute. You can then assign bonus points to it by clicking the upwards-facing triangle above the number of bonus points. If you change your mind about bonus points already spent, you can reselect that attribute and use the downwards-facing triangle to remove points, but you can't go below the starting value. TL;DR: Select an attribute, click the up-triangle, and repeat until the number between the triangles is 0. You should then be able to get on with the game.

So I found out for the first part. I found an easy testing method. Although my raw DPS was too random to test anything, I could use a little trick. If you don't know, hydra have a fixed attack speed and damage. Each of the head make the same damage and it takes everything into account (even your attack speed while hydra's AS remains the same) The damage of the heads is calculated when cast. That means hydra damage is fixed and very reliable. The test method is as follow. I only equipped the weapon (which does +25% bonus damage against beasts). So I found myself with a really low DPS and fixed damage (when it doesn't crit, but even crit damage are fixed). Then you need to run and/or have a friend to tank things. I tested the damage on different type of mobs. Those with which I don't have any bonus and beasts mobs. I did 36 599 damage when no bonus and 45 749 to beasts, which is exactly +25% damage. I then tried hitting different type of elite beast-like mobs (elite with the same model than beasts, but without the beast affix). On unique, yellow and blue I did 45 749 damage, which means the +25% bonus applied on them. That also means elite keeps the type their model belongs to, they just doesn't show it in the affix. So, yeah, bonus damage against {Mob type} apply to elite mobs of the same type. As a side note, this also means "Pig Sticker" (+X% dmg against beats/human) and Tyrael (+X% damage against demons) can be more powerful than anything else because they provide a big bonus you don't find anywhere else, and which works against elite. I need to find item who does bonus damage against undead and reaper now. Edit: Now, the secondary question: How does "Bonus damage against Beasts" interact with "Bonus Damage against elite"? Additively or multiplicatively? Just to explain, I'm wondering about that second question because we can think: - dmg vs Beats and dmg vs elites are two distinct bonus and thus should be multiplicative. OR - dmg vs Beats and dmg vs elites are both dmg vs {mob type}, they are the same bonus and so are additively. So, I tested with the same method using "Pig Sticker" (+25% against beasts) and "Unity ring" (+4% against elites). The results are as follow: - Undead: 72 207 dmg - Beast: 90 259 dmg - Elite Beast: 93 870 dmg Basically, that means I did +25% damage against beast compared to undead. +4% damage to elite beast compared to beast. and +30% damage to elite beast compared to undead. So yes: "Bonus damage against {mob type}" and "Bonus Damage against elite" are considered two different type of bonus for the game. And so they stack multiplicatively. (1.25 * 1.04 = 1.30)

According to the Cloud in a Bottle page: This item can stack with the Blizzard in a Bottle, and Sandstorm in a Bottle, for a triple, or even quadruple jump. There are, however, some slight differences for the Blizzard and Sandstorm. Unlike the Cloud in a Bottle, the Blizzard in a Bottle possesses an 'air drag' double jump feature which works slightly similarly to a pair of Rocket Boots and/or Wings. The player can gain more hang time and control with their jump for a short period of time by holding down the jump button. However, when the double jump is exhausted and the player does not 'drag' their jump, the player cannot continue the 'air drag' as they descend. Blizzard in a Bottle can be found in Ice Chests, in the Ice Underground Underground Biome. The Sandstorm in a Bottle is very similar to the Cloud in a Bottle, but instead of a cloud beneath your feet, a sand jet appears and the character spins as they ascend on that jet. Due to this, the Sandstorm in a Bottle allows for jumps that are nearly twice as high as the Cloud in a Bottle. Furthermore, each of these can be made into its own distinct Cloud/Blizzard/Sandstorm in a Balloon. These three balloons can then be combined into the Bundle of Balloons which condenses your quadruple jump into a single item.

The possible inconsistencies introduced by "The Crane Returns on the Wind" were indeed noticed by the developers and so completing the quest earlier produces some changes in the game. Specifically, the quest "Fishing for Jade" gets altered to mention that "while the Jade Chamber has been rebuilt, pieces of the old one are still floating in the water. "Return of the Jade Chamber?" has the dialogue changed so that the items you are sent to retrieve will be used for internal decoration instead that for the reconstruction. It depends on the monster "classification". Common Monsters have a 12 hours respaw timer. Elite run on a daily respaw timer instead. It is also worth noticing that for elite mobs that spaw with a group of common mobs, the common mobs will also take the daily respaw timer instead of the regular 12 hours one. This means for example that a single hilichurl will respaw after 12 hours from being slain, but an hilichurl part of a Thunderhelm Lawachurl (an elite mob) group will only respaw a day later alongside the Lawachurl.
