Ant, Maven and Gradle can be used for the collection of Java applications. IntelliJ IDEA enables work with these tools. But how does a default assembly occur when a project is being created and launched (if I don't use Ant, Maven and Gradle)?

The collection of the annex includes the compilation, blade and the actual packing of the code in the completed file (e.g. jar file). I may be wrong, but as I understand it, I'm using a regular java compilator to compute IntelliJ IDEA,
javacand for the rest of the application to be completed before the application is launched, the necessary constructions are required - for example, to use the Ant should indicate the way to be used
build.xmlThe file, and for Maven's use, the way to Maven's home directory, the building files, etc.
