OBD administrators, application developers, OBD developers, end-users - who is who's doing what?

  • Theory. ♪ ♪ The users of the DSB are divided into four different groups:

    1. database administrators.
    2. Annex developers;
    3. Database developers;
    4. end-users;

    I understand: - The OBD admiums create the CBD (e.g. MS Access); OBD developers, using the same Access, create the structure and logic of OBD; - end-users fill the OBD info and use their needs;

    But who are the app designers then?

  • Annex development context create applications that allow users

    fill and use OBD info for its needs,

    without distracting the OBD developers and admins from their activities.
