Should ASP.NET study be initiated with WebForms

  • Started studying ASP.NET, bought Adam Freeman's book on MVC5. After reading a third of the book, there's no understanding of what I didn't add. Question, should we start studying WebForms? Will this knowledge help in MVC research? Or is everyone so unlike I'm just gonna lose time?

  • WebForms and MVC - two Totally different the development of annexes.

The experience of WebForms will not make it easier for you to study MVC.

Moreover, the experience of WebForms will not make it easier for you to study at all any of the modern platforms, because of a very specific model for the presentation of pages for long-lived objects. Which, by the way, led to the rejection of this technology to MVC.

    Don't waste time on them.
