How to put a picture on the Yandex map. Maps?

Good day, everyone. There was a need to place the image in a certain location on the map using Yandex. Maps. Looks like I found in Google, https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/examples/groundoverlay-simple?hl=ru ♪ Who knows how to do this with Yandex? Thank you very much.

There are two main ways:
1. Create your own. https://tech.yandex.ru/maps/doc/jsapi/2.1/ref/reference/Layer-docpage/?from=SO maps, details https://tech.yandex.ru/maps/doc/jsapi/2.1/dg/concepts/hotspots/image-layer-docpage/?from=SO - The image will need to be slashed on the stashes that will be displayed over the corresponding map stacks; a circumference will also be required for different levels of the Zuma.
2. Create a multi-angle of the right shape and use the image as bays, like https://tech.yandex.ru/maps/jsbox/2.1/polygon_with_image?from=SO optical:
