What's the crypt language more flexible in dealing with files?

I'm fixing my question so as not to engender discussion) What crypt language: Perl or Python is better adapted and optimized to automate files. Interesting: the organization of bacaps, a complex sample of files in a folder of different principles. For example, sort the files on the complex mask, cut the titles.

inputs and one are arrays of different structures (inputs can be seen as a list of lists and one just like a list), so your loop won't work.
