Web pages in the hosts file

How's the hosts file not to throw a website on a page? For example https://www.google.de/this_page_i_want_ban/
short answer: no.
This file is designed to compare ip- address and home name.
The information stored in it has nothing to do with the protocol < http > , where information is transmitted https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/URL which you want to ban.
when https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/DNS It has not yet existed, it has been very relevant, and it is now practically used only to compare local addresses and names, and for temporary (and sometimes permanent) substitution of dns responses.
