Does the annex violate copyright?

My app offers a film on certain parameters. The result of the work is shown to the user in the form of a poster and a summary of the film: a description, year, country. All data are collected from sources of spray. Is it likely that the application will be blocked for copyright infringement? I don't add a reference so I don't think of advertising.
