How is it right to catch the Alt+PrintScreen and PrintScreen event?
I can't catch: 1st of these events; I'll catch two, but there's not always a squeak in the buffer.
Speak or bring an example.

The problem is that the squeakyshot in the exchange booth is not just the way it is, but the same program that catches these combinations of clavicle and puts a squeak in it. That's why it's not the best idea to follow this combination of clavicles and wait for the squeaky booth.
Possible normal solutions are two.
First, you can make a screaming scream for yourself, which will help. https://msdn.microsoft.com/ru-ru/library/system.drawing.graphics.copyfromscreen(v=vs.110).aspx
Second, you can watch the exchange booth and wait for the picture. This will require a WINAPI function. https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/ms649033(v=vs.85).aspx
