On the laptop, as on a stationary computer, there is a button of standard applications (e.g. Media Center). After the Windows change, there's still a button with a drive-by.
In fact, the question is, how can you start your program when you press this button? It's been a second year! The Google search, the registry and the forums, unfortunately, did not yield anything.
Possible (in my view) solutions to the problem:
1. Recording the way to their programme in the registry (as if HKLM/Software/microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Run)
2. Direct handling of the device.

I really don't get it. But I'll try to help as I understand. Do you need a label on which you'd be clicking and hitting a web drive? Just click the right button of mouse on the desk and create a label that in turn will ask for a way to a certain program or a network route. I think I got it right.

I want to have access to my DB on external hard drive from Raspbian and Windows 10. First things first: Database != File You absolutely cannot have two, running, Postgres clusters accessing the same data files at the same time. The only DBMS I know of that can do anything like that is the super-complicated and super-expensive Oracle RAC! Building a system where there is even the remotest chance of that happening is on the road to disaster. Portability is a "Nice to Have". Resilience and Data Integrity are essential. I would recommend that you set up one of your machines as the "server", with the Postgres cluster running on it, and connect to that from the other, "client" machine.
