It is easier to say, I have the idea that with such a pace and such an approach, today ' s Internet faces one simple rule. There's nothing to do with the old browser online. You know, it's not funny and fun to take care of the compatibility with IE 6.7.8, while you're 10 now. Opera, chrome, ff, moving even more dynamic.
What are the projections for the near future in terms of consistency?

As far as I know, there's a universal combination of video cards that can identify you independently of everything else. Maybe Google's using these data to figure you out. More about it, you can see here:https://youtu.be/nxD96qu_MzgUPD: The source states, however, that Google does not do so, but information may not be relevant or accurate, so I will leave the answer as one of the options.
