I would think that the login should be part of the Vue app and just go to other components (with the Ruteo de Vue features) if the authentication has been overcome. If this is done, you can get rid of an intermediate server and just check the API with you and handle all the Logic with Javascript, even save the token in cache or cookies for other features.
