Programmes combined under Visual Studio are not launched

  • Programmes compiled under Visual Studio are not launched. In general, a C++ project in VS 2010 on Windows 7 c.NET Framework 4.6.1. It's like I'm working on another computer from Windows 10. I have a VS 2015 Community, NET Framework 4.6.1. exactly the same. The project that kept in 2010 on Vinde 7 added in 2015, compiling, is fine. And when I start a decision, IDE hangs and the cadet becomes up and rolls, but nothing starts. If you get an exe out of the folder, just like that, just hangs out and kills him in the process. Trying to do another C++ project in 2015, dumb-ass hello to the world, too. But as strange as other exes, the system's being launched, so they're compressed from CodeBlocks with MinGW.

What do we do? I can't find a solution, and I have to work with the VS project because it's normal.

updt: No VC, even primitive. You know, there's nothing going on, the courseor's changing to anticipation-- when the proga hangs, and everything, there's no program in the dispatcher, the cadet always hangs if in the folder where the exe lies, only helps reboot. I checked for vin 8.1 at my place first, didn't work, and then a man on the same win 8.1 didn't work. It's working on the seven with a friend on the 10th. Updated 8.1 to 10, thought he'd fix the problem, didn't help... ♪

  • So, while I've been tortured for two days, trying to figure out why an exe from Visual Studio, and an acquaintance been tortured for a week, the problem solved five minutes after the question was added. Anyway, the problem was in the antivirus. We both had Avast. We've added a folder of the project, except in the Avast set-ups/activated protection/extrane of the file system--conventional addition to a folder on the project, or whatever you decide. Anyway, I think someone might need some. Apparently, Avast's sitting on a fairly deep system level and it's impossible to launch because he's starting to analyze the file, chase it there and remember it, like that.
