How do you do almost the same forms?

  • Let's say I have an app with two tables. Each table has different fields. The annex contains a form to fill one of the tables. There are elements in shape. dataGridViewcontextMenuStrip♪ Each of these elements has different developments.

What's the right thing to do if you have to take a second form with the same function, but to work with another table? The first thing that comes to mind is to create another form, place the same elements, write the same processors. At least copy and adjust the code a little. But maybe there's a better approach? It is not about one or two forms and tables, but tens.

  • Alternatively, make one form and, when it is created or challenged, transmit some parameters for its construction. This is often the case with a large number of uniform forms.
