Plesk 12.5 and Connection refused

Hello! There's a problem with Plesk 12.5 and one of the housemen. If, for example, through the ssh on the server where the site is located, https://sitename.ru/ "I get a mistake "port 443: Connection refused." The site itself opens out of the world, it's the only domain on the server I can't reach, there's no problem with the other domains.
See: on other servers where plesk is installed "curl-v 127.0.0.1" All housemen are default domains.

Decided: Added to /etc/hosts line 126.96.36.199.1 sitename.ru
We need to open port 443 on Localhost. You make it look like the external interface is open and 127.0.0.1 is not available.
