Base 16 / Base32 / Base64 already?
Base64 with a pair of additional symbols - A-Z,a-z.0-9, +, /, =
There's a version under the URL, replacing the specials with more harmless... I would have offered HEX A-F, 0-9 convert or simply use md5/sha-512, etc.
