Problem with the transition to full-equipment (C# WinForms)?

There's a window of the program, there's a button in it that moves the window of the program into a fully-equipped regime. The programme is being converted into an end-of-life mode when applied to Esc. It's done as a document. When pressed on the button:
this.FormBorderStyle = FormBorderStyle.None; this.WindowState = FormWindowState.Maximized; this.TopMost = true;
When applied to Esc:
this.FormBorderStyle = FormBorderStyle.Sizable; this.WindowState = FormWindowState.Normal; this.TopMost = false;
I'll tell you everything works, but there's one problem. When I'm moving to a full-equivalent state, it's fine, the program covers the entire screen with the Puske menu. When I'm moving to a full-scope state-of-the-spot, the program can't cover the menu "Puscus" and eventually moves up. Of course I could use WinApi as a team to cover the menu launch. But it's just that if it's all right from the window, why doesn't it happen from the field? What's the problem?
You're in a state of deterioration.
FormWindowState.Maximizedthat's why this part might not work that way.
Try changing it first.
NormalAnd then again
