How do you copy the file with a symlink?
-
Started studying for sysadmin. Dano's on the team line. I should have created a file in the directory, then put a link on it. Now I need this file of mine to collate the catalogue that I created using that link. Here's a preface assignment:
Set a reference in /opt to the catalogue you created in your previous assignment. Using this reference, copy concept.1 in the same catalogue, calling concept.1.old. Bring the teams you did it. Delete the original file. Get on the screen the contents of your catalogue.(concept.1 is a file in my catalogue.)
I created a symbolic reference. I hope that's right.
Help me, please. It's all over the Internet, it's gone. Can the cp be used here? If so. Should we open the link first and then copy?

We can use it.
cp

and/or-l
