Well, there's a challenge to make a callback service that's on a certain occasion, calls one cell phone, then another cell phone, and connects them to one conversation. The length of the conversation lies. Almost similar system used in the annex http://budist.ru/landing/video/ ♪
I don't know how to do this, or at least where to go and what kind of expertise. How much is the iron going to cost?

Ilezo is free. You're gonna need an account at some SIP provider and Asterisk or FreeSwitch. The country doesn't matter.
