For the first time, I'm in Wordpress. I've learned to set up page templates, with the Advanced Custom Fields, I'm building fields that can be filled in hell for each new page. But I can't find an infu to do one field that would load one picture in my head and all the pages of the website. Now, I have a Logo loaded only for the main page of the website. There's no picture on the other pages.

If I understood you correctly, you chose a condition for a field - a "specific page" or just a page, but you have many other, situational templates on your website. In particular, page, post, archive, etc., including 404.
