How do you get Eclipse to see the new version of Apache Tomcat?

I'm trying to get Tomcat's server off the Eclipse environment. She sees the server's version up to 7th on, though I downloaded 9th. Turning to the next step of the dialogue window, I'm expecting a mistake: the program tells me that he wants to get a way to Tomcat 7th, and I'm giving her a link to a folder with the ninth version.
In an effort to solve the problem, JST Server Adapters was identified by the Help-state Install New Software. There was a download of web-based tools, but it's all one thing.

Problem solved by updating the programme. Through the Help-Control Check for Updates updated the proposed modules and, in fact, the programme ' s version became higher - Eclipse 2021-09 (4.21.0).
Now, "through" Apache Tomcat up to the 10th version.
