Problem in developing the bitrix module

Hey, everybody!

Started exploring the development of its own modules. Read this article: https://tokmakov.msk.ru/blog/item/207 - and it's like 1 in 1 trying to create the same module as described.

Got to the point where the File local/modules/scrollup/install/unstep.php file is being created.

It says that once this file is established in Admin-Panel Bitrix on the page of the product development ∙ The Moduli on the list of modules, a newly created but not installed module shall be added.

I got to that step, I went to hell in the Navy Buildings, Moduli, but my module didn't show up.

Maybe who's faced this? Where it is possible to read about the development of their own modules on simple examples, so as to explain exactly what files to create and what directories. I'm looking for Internet examples, I'm doing 1 in 1, but there's no new module on the list.

I've tried to make a module, as official records say: https://dev.1c-bitrix.ru/learning/course/index.php?COURSE_ID=101&LESSON_ID=2902 - but the same thing - the new module doesn't appear on the list.

Please help me. I'm localized on the demo version of Bitrix.

In order to develop the module in the section of the liners, a file of options.php should be added to the root of the module. In your case:

local/modules/scrollup/options.php

On the page of your reference there are all the necessary examples.
