    2. Proxy-server capacity is 1gbit/s. But every user has a service provider with a maximum of 100 mmbit/s. If it is divided, how will it happen in this case: 100 is divided by 5 or 1,000 and there is still a balance and more people can be connected?

    3. If users of one proxy are located in three countries: Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan. For which country to buy proxy so that the average ping of all users is smaller?

    The decision to buy a few proxys isn't good.
