Sulver in Annex React

There's an app on React'e. There's a transmission from the IP on protocol rstp. We've got to get this broadcast to the browser. They say that they need a server to do that, like the library 'node-rtsp-stream'.

But how does the existing React'e annex add this server - where to keep it, what extension?

1. The ffmpeg screen removes the transmission, breaks the fragments.tx, creates a playlist.m3u8, removes fragments over 'n' seconds so the folder doesn't overload.
2. Yuser pushes the button (phrontend), pulls the violin in the counteraller, p.1. begins to be performed.
3. The player loses fragments from the local file.
4. The delay is inevitable because it's hls.
