HTML Android

  • Hello.

    I'm writing an android app, my text data is stored in the OBD system, they're processed by HTML tags, and I'm downloading them in my annex. textview as follows:

      question_text.setText(Html.fromHtml(QUESTION_TEXT));

    Everything works, but I have a need to put a footnote inside the text, it's put in HTML:

       <acronym title="Текст сноски">[1]</acronym>

    I wrote this code in the text in the OBD system, and the footnote turned out, but there's nothing going on with the conduct or the click. Question: How is it appropriate to describe the OBD Footnote code so that the android application correctly depict this footnote? Is that possible?

    This method provides very limited support to HTML.
    The full use of WebView is a movement from a built-in browser, where JavaScript can be inserted, and through JS and CSS, any function should be carried out, but not forget to clearly test the minimum and maximum of the supported versions of the LO, especially if this range passes through 4.4, where WebKit has been replaced by Chromium.
