If I run over pedestrians or hit other cars while driving through the city, what exactly are the consequences?

Your final rating (1-5) for each case is affected by hitting cars and pedestrians. The full list of things that affect your full score are:
- Number of clues found
- Number of questions correctly branched
- Damage to vehicles
- Damage to city property (running over fire hydrants, etc.)
- Inflicted injuries (including running people over)
Those bottom 3 are applicable to driving. If you want to get a high case rating and are a bad driver, let your partner do the driving.

Your partner Dunn tells Phelps that they can either get a commendation or risk their career in pursuit of finding out why Rose's name is in the book. Phelps chooses to just leave the book behind so therefore it is unknown what the numbers mean or why Rose's name is in the notebook though the main point is hinting that Floyd Rose is corrupt and let you wonder what is the meaning. Most common interpretation is that Floyd owed Schroeder money, hence the date and the amount, and instead of paying him, framed him for murder as to lock him up. The 50 could be 50 dollars, which was a substantial amount of money back then.

In theory, yes. All that you would be doing is turning that small PC into a Minecraft server with an external drive. Would it be optimal though? no. Minecraft is usually intensive on hard-drives and where it saves it's world data to. Having it run off of an external drive brings along one major issue - the time to read/write data is nearly doubled (or triple) since it will be on a slower USB connection rather then (directly connected) SATA. If you really want to take this route, have the PC able to support an internal drive of some kind. If it's going to be a "micro" style of PC (and not explicitly built to play MC on it), download and run the server software instead of the full Minecraft client.

I'm not sure you need to "run" an area. You can't really get behind in levels if you're able to complete the Acts. If you feel behind in exp, just restart the Act. If you feel behind in power, that's a different matter. It's more likely you need better gear or to see if some of your other skills might be more effective currently.

My best advice for you is: don't use silent running to get into the station; go fast. Silent running is an unreliable way to get into the station. Additionally, if you get anything wrong you could easily damage (or destroy) your ship, since your shields will be down. Best way to get in without being scanned: go fast In supercruise, drop into the station with the planet it orbits directly behind you. This will ensure that you can see the station entrance. Easiest way to do this is to arc out of the ecliptic and then arc down to the station, which also helps you travel through the system faster anyways. Put 2 pips to SYS and 4 pips to ENG (ideally when in supercruise). Full throttle and continual boost. Use lateral and vertical thrusters to get lined up with the station entrance. It really helps to have a good feeling for how much your ship drifts to the side. Once you're lined up, an immediate boost towards the slot helps cancel the lateral and vertical slide. Keep boosting until you're passing the "rack" outside the slot. Try to aim for the side of the slot with the solid green light and stay away from the side with the blinking red light. When you're almost at the rack/slot, move pips to SYS, so that you have 4 in SYS and 2 in ENG. Once you are through the slot and inside the station, you are safe from scans. Best way to get good at this is to practice. Make a game of avoiding the "scan detected" notification every time you dock. If you're not lined up well with the station when you drop in, still boost towards the station, just use even more lateral and vertical thrusters. (some people will say to stay away from the station and get lined up, but this is less reliable). If you still want to do silent running: Any of the following can help: - Buy an A-rated power plant. (any size that works for your needs, but A rated has best heat efficiency.) - Engineer your power plant for heat efficiency with either the highest grade of "Low Emissions" powerplant you can manage, or by doing enough grade 1 "overcharged" powerplant rolls that you get a roll with improved heat efficiency. - Turn everything off, except thrusters and scanners. And heat sinks if you have them. - Use a heat sink if your ship gets too hot. - Start off over 10km out (but lined up well with the entrance), turn everything but life support off, wait for the windshield to ice up, then turn off life support and turn on thrusters and scanners. Then you can turn on silent running and dock. This drops your temperature, so you're heating up from 1% instead of from 40% when you start silent running. - If you want to be really fancy, turn off flight assist, do the previous routine, get very carefully lined up perfectly with the exact right amount of roll, thrust towards the station, turn thrusters off, at 7.5km out request docking, then turn scanners off too. Then, after you drift through the slot, quickly turn on thrusters before you hit the back wall of the station.

If you unlock enough cards to reach rank X on a weapon or rank V on a weapon mod, it is removed from the pool, and it is no longer possible to find it. This also works with consumable supply increases (up to +5), and character respec cards (if you have 3 unused respec cards in your inventory, you can't get any more). What doesn't get removed from the pool are the character cards, because even after unlocking all of the appearence options for a given character, you still benefit from the class XP (more xp from rarer packs!) each time you find a class character card.

You can join the Stalkers right after you help the Stalkers drive the military out of the Cordon. You can join Duty, Freedom, and the Bandits after you flood the tunnels under the Agroprom Research Institute. To join a faction, you talk to the leader. When you join a faction, you typically become an enemy of at least one other faction. If you join Freedom, Duty becomes hostile. If you join Stalkers, Bandits become Hostile. If you join Duty, Bandits and Freedom become hostile. If you join Bandits, Stalkers and Duty become hostile, Renegades become neutral. You can switch factions that are still neutral or friendly to you after you join a faction. For example, if you initially joined the Bandits, you can leave and join Freedom. However, once a faction becomes hostile, you can't get them to become friendly with you again, even if you switch to another faction. You can't get 'thrown out' of a faction, however, if you kill enough of your fellow faction members, your own faction will become hostile to you. You lose some side-quests when joining a faction because some side-quests are from factions that become hostile.

It depends on the suspect and the plot. You can't re-ask the same question again, but if you don't ask all the questions, you can sometimes leave and come back to the same suspect to finish the interrogation. This will depend on the specific person and the specific case. Unfortunately, there's not really a general rule on whether this will be possible or not. It's usually a good idea to finish interrogating someone once you start. Additionally, you will sometimes interrogate the same person multiple times through the course of a single case, after you find new evidence or new events transpire. I don't think this is what you're going for, though.

This is straight from Rockstar's website. The short answer is no, you need to have separate accounts and there is no way to migrate an offline account to an online one. Time in Starbound does not continue on planets if you leave them. The game unloads planets and maps after ~10 minutes. This is detectable by a number of methods: Checking starbound.log or terminal output (it will list that Planet xxxxxxxxx has been unloaded) The on-planet day/night cycle resets after the planet has been unloaded. The time you have to get back in missions before they reset is the same time, as loading them is done by a similar method. As for your specific question, the game does store data about it's planets in the games universe folder. I assume it simply does delta substraction for a crops total time. Crop growth is measured in real time, not on-planet time.

Yes he does. He is moving then issuing an attack move command on the same spot. This is called Kiting your opponent. It's effective because you use the cooldown between attacks to move, effectively shooting at the same rate (if done perfectly) while still being able to move. You can see it yourself in that video that he links. You just need to know that when there's that green arrow indicator that it means a move command (ie right click) was issued. Whereas if the indicator is red it means an attack move command was issued (ie 'T' left click on ground). Ideally you want to attack move back towards the direction that the enemy is so that those units out of range will go back to attack as well.

By default, most games do not have controller support. Some of them do, especially newer ones. As time goes on more and more PC games are coming stock with controller support. A majority of them implement it very poorly, while very few actually have good (and customizable) controller support. I recommend using a third party solution globally regardless of what game you play (whether it has support or not) for one very important reason. The solution I will present to you, gives you 100% customization options, full support for all games, and comes pre-stocked with different "profiles" you can find to fill out controller controls per game. Most are done by other gamers who have built them on their own while playing the game, and they get community ratings and supports so you can find out which ones are widely used, and liked. The app I recommend can be found here: http://pinnaclegameprofiler.com/ It does cost money, but it is the best on the market. I have used controller support apps before that were free, and they never had the same level of customization, or power. They also don't feature the nicely built profile system to easily get new profiles instead of having to build the profile controls yourself. I personally stopped using the controller for most games on PC (even though I use an Alienware laptop). I started realizing that with a little bit of getting use to, most of the time the keyboard/mouse combo works the best, as that was how they were originally designed. Although some games (Sleeping Dogs for example) have horrible PC/Moues controls. Most do the control schema very well. Good luck, and let me know if you need more advice! A

The story of L.A. Noire is structured as following: Patrol Desk Traffic Desk Homicide Desk Vice Desk Arson Desk In that order, which represents Cole Phelps' career within the police force. As for why you can play cases from the Vice and Arson Desks, I'm not sure. My guess is that they're DLC cases and you somehow managed to gain access to them early. While playing the game on PS3 (no DLCs) I've never been able to access any of the future cases. Currently, I'm playing the game on Switch. I'm at the end of the Homicide Desk and I still can't access any of the cases from the Vice or Arson Desks. Therefore, I'm going to assume that the game isn't supposed to work this way. Or maybe the Complete Edition works differently from the versions I've played.

I'm going to go out on a bit of a limb and say no, there isn't any wheel that works in L.A. Noire. This site says no PS3 wheels are supported, and I see no reason why it'd be different on the Xbox 360. If nothing else, the steering wheels are full-blown controllers so you wouldn't be able to easily swap one in and out just for the driving sequences.
