So I just completed the mission: Stealing Memory as part of the Kasumi DLC. I was told that I had unlocked an alternate costume.

Where can I see the costumes and/or change it for my squadmates?

They can be seen at your private terminal, under the squad info section.

I know of two ways in which you can exchange party members. While in a tavern, if you talk to the innkeep about either rooms, hiring adventurers, or what goods they are selling you will open a dialog with four options down the left side. Selecting the bottom one, Party Management, will allow you to switch who is in your party. You will also be shown the party management screen when you leave the grounds of your stronghold (not entering the buildings, but actually returning to your travels).

Picking Morinth over Samara will give you the Dominate bonus power. Picking Samara will give you access to Reave. Additionally, after the suicide mission, Shepard can take Morinth up on her offer, which does result in a game over.

Under My Documents/Starcraft II in Windows or ~/Library/Application Support/Blizzard/StarCraft II in Mac OSX (not the Starcraft II installation folder), there is a text file called Variables.txt which contains all the basic settings for the game, including graphics and sound options. In this file, the variables height and width determine respectively the height and width in pixels of your game window on launch. Changing these from (in my case) 1080 and 1920 to 800 and 1024 fixed the problem.

Mass Effect 2 is based on Unreal Engine 3, which allows for quite a lot of tweaking. See this page for a number of suggestions. Also, since Mass Effect 2 uses the same engine as Mass Effect you could check this excellent tweaking guide (aimed at performance) from Tweakguides.

Based on the guide at Xbox360Achievements.org, it sounds like it does have to target something (it suggests targeting one of the rapid transport stations on the Citadel). If you only want to play a Vanguard in Mass Effect 1 in order to play that class in Mass Effect 2, there is no need to play through Mass Effect 1 again, though. At the beginning of Mass Effect 2, after importing your character, you are given the option to change your class (don't worry, it makes sense in the context of the story). So you could always import your Engineer into Mass Effect 2, and then select Vanguard as your class without having to play through the first game again.

Yes, both online passes must be redeemed on the same platform. That would be PC+PC or 360+360, as the skin isn't available for PS3.

The Mass Effect wiki suggests you need to feed them after every mission (although you can get your PA to feed them if you flirt with her and take her to dinner - I suspect this only works for male Shepherds - I don't remember being offered the option). For a PC, there should be no issue as Eric states. For consoles, there may not be an issue, and it all depends on a lot of factors. Games are never format dependent, though they may be region locked. It's purely a limitation that's there because the manufacturer wanted it to be; once that has been bypassed one way or another (modding, FreeLoader, Action Replay...), then it can become possible to run the game. IIRC, the only connection method that may cause problems is using an RF adapter; none of the others are subject to issues because they don't use PAL/NTSC/NTSC-J for transmitting the signal. All consoles these days support a 60Hz output, and I can't remember the last time I saw a TV that didn't support 60Hz input. (I'm not entirely sure about how it looks for US/Japan for TVs that can do 50Hz, but at least for modern consoles, all games can run in 60Hz anyway.) Additionally, the PS3 is advertised as being completely free of region locking for PS3 games, while for the XBox 360, some games are actually region-free, and Mass Effect 2 is supposedly one of them. So no, you should have no problem at all, regardless of which system the game is for - as long as your console works with the TV (which it should, although you may need a power adapter if your console is not bought locally).

It's in your codex, under Technology. The Wiki also explains it and contains the codex except: Mass effect fields are created through the use of element zero. Element zero can increase or decrease the mass content of space-time when subjected to an electrical current via dark energy. With a positive current, mass is increased. With a negative current, mass is decreased. The stronger the current, the greater the magnitude of the dark energy mass effect.

If you have not played the Lair of the Shadow Broker, Liara is initially referred to as an information broker, like she was on Illium. ...until you get onto the privacy of the Normandy, where she has set up shop, and admits to Shepard that she has tracked down and usurped "the galaxy's most notorious information broker". The dialog is a bit different if you actually helped her (via the DLC), but the outcome is the same regardless.

The Kasumi DLC starts from the Citadel, so as long as you can get to the Citadel you are able to start the DLC. No need to start over from the beginning to play it.

Have you tried to download manually from the old Bioware social network? You can go to https://social.bioware.com Sign in, or create an account, with your email and origin password. Zaeed: The Price of Vengeance should be there available for download as an exe file. After running the exe file load up the game and should work.

I'm wondering if I can start up my most recent Mass Effect 2 save file on my old system, make a save to my flash drive, load the game from the flash drive on my new Xbox, You can do this: Use the Memory tool on the old xbox to copy your ME2 save to your flash drive. Use the Memory tool on the new xbox to copy your ME2 save from the flash drive. This should work with both playable and endgame ME2 saves. Note: you may need to move your gamertag as well. PS: you may also be interested in this question/answer.

No, these are decisions made for you early in the game, in part so you can use your new squadmates. The game doesn't let you decide much on the first two missions. After the intro missions you'll always choose your squadmates each time you go on a mission, the choice is completely yours.

The answer by @Rodolfo is valid only for a very limited range of the game and does not apply to the second game in the series. While in the beginning XP costs tend to go up exponentially, the curve flattens out and even becomes linear towards the end. Therefore there is a real disadvantage if you leave a character out for a longer period of time. For example, for fighters the XP table becomes linear as soon as level 9 (start of BG 2). Finally, to adress the question more directly: none spellcaster do not suffer that much from being a few levels behind. So it is not always downright suicidal, just suboptimal.
