Where can I find the GOG version of Torchlight 2's save folder under Linux?

I'm playing Torchlight 2 and want to backup my save but I don't know where to find the savegame folder. Under Windows, it was something like C:\Documents\My Games\, etc.

I found this webpage: https://savelocation.net/torchlight2 - but it doesn't help me because it only lists the save folder for the Steam version. I use GOG and not Steam.

Sorry, with my current reputation I can't add a comment under your question, so if you already did what I will mention now, I will delete this answer.

Did you have a look at this? Someone wanted to transfer his Windows save file(s) to the Linux version and wrote that it worked when he put them into ~/.local/share/Runic Games/Torchlight 2/save/.

If that did not work then according to this post you could look into the ~/.config/unity3d/ folder.

If it is not there either, you could try out a search program, like catfish, and search for the name "save".

Figured it out. It was actually in the manual. (who would have thought to look there?) You hit + (start) to bring up your inventory, then ↑ and - (select) at the same time. All on the first controller. Done!

The Wiki says that one knight in Sinners Rise (SOTFS only) has a 100% drop chance for this spear. I would say that this is the quickest way to get one, but whether or not reaching this area early in the game I'm not sure. The other location you can find spear wielding knights is the Lost Bastille, and Heide's Tower of Flames (SOTFS only and again, I'm not sure if you can reach these areas early on having never played). According to the page for the Knights they only respawn in the Tower of Flames, all others knights do not. If you find a spear-wielding knight in there, I would try and farm it.

I think you've mixed up the seasonal chapters and the in-game acts. Maghda is a boss you have to defeat in order to progress the seasonal journey (chapter). But she's an act two boss. You will find her by teleporting to the "Road to Alcarnus" waypoint. After that head east first, go up the stairs at the end of town and then head north. She will be waiting in the next area. To get to act two just zoom out the world map in adventure mode. If you haven't unlocked adventure mode yet you will encounter her if you just progress through the story normally.

What needed to be done to achieve clustering with a minimal config file was, take out all the wsrep statements until I was ready. Then start up MySQL, and create a user inside the database for the clustering/replication on both servers. Then add the line wsrep_sst_auth=: on both servers. Now restart the Master instance of MariaDB first, wait until that is up, then restart the Slave instance of the MariaDB server. N Now when you issue SHOW STATUS LIKE 'wsrep_%' inside mariadb, it should show 2 nodes in the cluster.

I've been going through a newly-generated world, traveling across several biomes, and I've seen tall grass everywhere there's regular grass: forests, savannah, plains, etc. The only biomes in which it doesn't seem to spawn are tundra, deserts, and (of course) the Nether. Tall grass is incredibly common: If you haven't seen a ton of it already, one thing to keep in mind is that new terrain features generally don't spawn on already-generated chunks, and you'll have to travel to a new, unexplored area to see them. To confirm this, I loaded an existing world I had which spanned a few different biomes (tundra, taiga, forest, grassland). There was no tall grass in any of the pre-generated chunks. However, I found several instances of tall grass immediately after walking into an area that caused the game to generate a new chunk. Edit (thanks, Kurley): as of 1.6.6, you can spawn tall grass yourself: When applied to a grass block, one bone meal is consumed and tall grass, and occasionally flowers, forms around and on the grass block.

PCI compliance covers a lot of ground - anything that "stores", "processes" or "transmits" cardholder data. Different systems need to have different parts of the standard applied to them to maintain a cohesive whole. Your system would fall into the "processes" category. Your needs would be different for storage, etc. In the case you have outlined you can accomplish the protection of cardholder data written to disk in two distinct fashions. Either locking the pages holding cardholder data in RAM, encrypting the swap file, or both. A third less desirable option is totally disabling the swap file. As true as all this is you seem to be missing the big picture - PCI compliance doesn't come from just keeping the credit card information in RAM. There are a lot of other things that you need to consider, even if you are only handling cardholder data in RAM. Central logging, HIDS, NIDS, etc.

Yes, you can play all your games at both houses. There are different things to keep in mind, depending on whether you own a physical copy of the game (a disk) or a digital one. Physical copy Simply carry the disk with you and put it in the PS4 you want to play with. You'll need to remember to bring the game with you, but you won't need an account for that. Using the same account on both consoles is still recommended for various reasons (see below). Digital copy On both PS4s, you will need to log in to the same account on which you bought the game. You will also need to download the game to both PS4s. Both To play online, you will need an active PS Plus subscription on both consoles. If the subscription is tied to your account, you only need one such subscription. If both your parents have their own subscription tied to their own account, you won't need a subscription as long as you're playing on their PS4 system. Besides that, you'll probably want to keep the same progress on both consoles. For that, you will need to log in to the same account on both consoles. You can either copy the save game to a USB key and carry it along with you, or you can use the Cloud Save feature provided by PS Plus. While the PS4 can automatically sync save games with the cloud, for some reason it only does so once a day (in my case it happens sometime between 3 and 5 AM). Depending on when the automatic sync happens and when you move between houses, you might want to remember uploading the save games manually before leaving, and downloading them manually before playing the game.

If you've regression tested everything and not encountered any unsurmountable issues, then great, however my experience is the opposite of TorstenS - I think it results in a net decrease in the security of your system except in the specific scenarios (and "LAMP server" is unlikely to fall into that category) listed in the linked post. To summarize - the complexity, opaque abstraction and poor documentation make it very difficult to understand the implementation and to adapt it to specific purposes. There is little evidence that even an expertly configured installation is more secure than a system not enforcing a policy. While intrinsically it is unlikely to increase your attack surface, it is likely that solving the functionality an performance impacts it introduces (i.e. compromising the off-the-shelf policy supplied by your vendor) will undermine the overall security of the system in ways you don't understand.

The locations are the following: Rodia: 3 bags. Found on the farm in the extreme north-eastern end of the map, the uppermost level of the crater farms. One in the sewers located in the bank near the vault. The doctor in the hospital will give the player one bag in exchange for helping him find a cure for the plague (involves retrieving a microscope from the Angel Oracle and minor leg work in Rodia).
