The Chicago Lightning outfit can only be unlocked by connecting to Rockstar Social Club.

Yes, you can get the "Diamonds to you!" achievement in singleplayer. There are 2 ways to get it. The first is precisely what you describe; you can throw a diamond at a zombie, and if they pick it up, it counts for the achievement. Not all zombies will pick things up though, so you may need to try a couple zombies. The other way you can earn this achievement for a singleplayer world is to open the world to LAN. This may not be possible if you don't have another player, but it is an alternative method if you do have someone else that can connect to your world over LAN.

Nope, by the time it's come to a hostage situation, the bad guy has to die. If you wound him, he'll stagger and then kill the hostage if you don't finish him off. Sometimes you can tackle the bad guy (or fire a warning shot) before he gets to the hostage standoff stage, but there's no benefit to doing so. You'll just see a slightly different cinematic for the resolution (wherein he gets loaded in a paddy wagon instead of a hearse)

If you are playing the game on Xbox 360 or Playstation 3, you unlock the achievement/trophy called "The City of Angels". Other than this, no, you do not unlock any bonuses for completing the game, unlike in GTAIV.

The dispatcher will give them to you (I believe) randomly, so you will be asked to return and replay crimes that you've already solved. There's no benefit to doing so, however. Although sometimes you can fail a street crime, you'll be told you've failed and given the option to retry it. It does not matter (in most cases) if you kill the perp or capture them. In fact, in most cases killing them is the only option.

The PvZ wiki has a bunch of useful info on Chocolate. Here's how you get more chocolate in most (all?) versions of the game: Randomly from Killing Zombies. Occasionally eating a Brain in I, Zombie. A streak of 3 in I, Zombie Endless. A streak of 10 in Vasebreaker Endless. Sometimes after a Grave Buster eats a Grave during a Night level. (from the wiki) The puzzle game mode methods seem to be a much more reliable method of earning chocolate (and rare plants) than just killing zombies in the story mode. Note that you can only hold 10 chocolates at once, so once you have 10 in stock keep using them. For those who don't know, Chocolate won't spawn until you have Stinky the Snail.

Your partner Dunn tells Phelps that they can either get a commendation or risk their career in pursuit of finding out why Rose's name is in the book. Phelps chooses to just leave the book behind so therefore it is unknown what the numbers mean or why Rose's name is in the notebook though the main point is hinting that Floyd Rose is corrupt and let you wonder what is the meaning. Most common interpretation is that Floyd owed Schroeder money, hence the date and the amount, and instead of paying him, framed him for murder as to lock him up. The 50 could be 50 dollars, which was a substantial amount of money back then.

Windows 10 Go to the Microsoft Store on Windows 10 and download “Minecraft Code Connection”. Then set it up and follow its directions. Once connected, you will get an agent. Other The agent is not (to my knowledge) available on other versions of Minecraft.

This is straight from Rockstar's website. The short answer is no, you need to have separate accounts and there is no way to migrate an offline account to an online one. No, you've failed Lord of Hollows ending in this walkthrough. To achieve it you have to use the bonfire itself, not summon sign. Also, double check requirements for it - you should have 8 Dark Sigils.
