Can I disable killcam?

Killcam (shows the player's death from the perspective of the killer) is always played after death, a key press is required to skip the video.

There is no way to disable the killcam in Core game types. None of the in game options allow for this (checked for myself).

In Hardcore game types it is always disabled.

You need to replace the files with empty ones to disable the ambient sounds, but Minecraft will put them back how they were at launch unless you prevent it. I'm using the ambient cave sounds as an example, but you can browse around the newsound directory and repeat this with other sounds you don't want. Back up the existing files (in case of ...something. OK, they're self-healing, don't worry too much). Assuming you're on Windows, they are located in: %appdata%\.minecraft\resources\newsound\ambient\cave Copy them away somewhere if you want to keep them. There should be 13 files with a .ogg extension. Replace the files with empty files (or something completely different if you fancy - in OGG format). First delete all the existing files. Then create an empty .txt file and rename it to cave1.ogg, copy/paste that and rename as required until the directory looks like it did before. As suggested by Koviko, you can automate this if you want. Create a batch file in the empty directory with the following content, and execute it as an administrator: @echo off echo. 2>empty.ogg attrib +r empty.ogg for /L %%i in (1,1,13) do ( mklink cave%%i.ogg empty.ogg attrib /L +r cave%%i.ogg ) This creates an empty.ogg file and then creates shortcuts/symlinks to it for the rest. It's faster than doing it manually. Protect your files from being replaced Select all of your new files, right click and go to Properties, then select the Read-only tickbox and click OK. The next time you start Minecraft, it detects that the files have been changed, and tries to replace them with fresh ones but finds that it can't overwrite the files in that directory. In testing this I've not noticed any errors or other weirdness as a side-effect, so it seems to work ok. An alternative to this is to use something like Sound Mod Enabler, which will probably allow you to make any modifications you like, but personally, I like to avoid using mods to do things I can achieve in the OS anyway.

Yes, you do earn keys and XP in solo Zombies. Keys are based upon the round achieved, so higher rounds mean more keys, and that may be easier or harder in solo, depending on your play style. XP is based upon the player actions you take (opening doors, completing challenges, etc) as well as kills. Playing solo should net you more kills than in multiplayer (assuming you make through as many rounds), and you will be making all the purchases yourself as well, so in general you should get more XP in a solo game compared to an equal round multiplayer game.

There is no in game method of hiding the chat. Note this has been suggested on the official forums for over a year with no response. However the replay files are parse-able which means you could edit the file to remove all the chat with an empty chat and that way the chat will be removed from the replay and therefore will not show up when viewing the replay. The third party site hotslogs allows you to upload your replay files and it gives you a link to the uploaded replay (so you can share it) with the chat removed.

Many of the stores are on the Citadel. Search every floor for panels which are often stores. Most of them are in Presidium Commons, and there's a Medi-gel upgrade store in Huerta Memorial Hospital. Once you activate the store for the first time, it will show up in the Procurement Interface so you can buy them any time from the Normandy Armory (at 10% markup). That's on the bottom floor. Armor is a major money-sink, most armor sets cost 50,000 credits. Specre Procurements has crazy expensive guns for you, the "best" pistol, sniper and shotgun are there for ~200,000 credits. You can also upgrade all of your weapons multiple times, which will eat up a fair amount of credits. There's a weapons bench where you can upgrade your guns in the Armory as well.

Having completed this Easter Egg, I can tell you that the best strategy (which is also stated in this guide) is to: Run in a circle around the Cosmic Way Portal (the one that takes you to Pack-A-Punch) Run over the upper bride that leads towards the spawn area Run under the lower bridge back towards the Pack-A-Punch portal Repeat By doing this, you will eventually gather all the zombies into a nice trail behind you, so you won't have to pay attention to them too much. Whenever possible, shoot the Alien while performing the above steps. I don't remember if there was a way to tell how much health he has left, but the linked guide above states: The indicator on the boss goes from green, to yellow, to red so you’ll know how much health it has left. It's important to note that you must finish the Alien with a melee attack to his back. After so much damage, he will kneel down. This is when you can perform a melee on his back to get the Alien fuse. Other tips/things to keep in mind: A Wonder Weapon will help you greatly during the boss fight. One is also required to destroy the Alien Ship and thus fully complete the Easter Egg (see the guide linked above on how to do that). Personally, the Face Melter is the best. The pistol you start with (Kendall 44) is actually an extremely good weapon after being Pack-A-Punched. The upgraded version called Baby's Breath, is similiar to the other Zombie games upgraded spawn pistols. You will get an akimbo variant that shoots grenades. This, in combinations with the "Bombstoppers" perk, makes it a deadly combination for taking out a large horde of zombies. You can even shoot danger close to yourself and not be harmed so long as you have Bombstoppers. If you can, put extended mags on this pistol as well to get more ammo with it. One Alien Boss spawns per player in the game. However, if you have a friend or friends help you up to the point before you spawn the Alien, if your friends quit out, you will only have to fight one Boss. Make sure that you are the one hosting the game, since if the host quits, the game will end. Don't forget Mule Munchies so that you can have three weapons! You'll want all your weapons upgraded. Having either a Boombox or a Sentry Turret from the souvenir machines on standby is always nice. I would go for a Boombox as this acts like a Monkey Bomb and distracts zombies for a significant amount of time before exploding and killing them. It could be a real life saver. Since one of the souvenir machines is right next to the Pack-A-Punch portal, it's a good idea to have one Boombox on you and two of the three coins already deposited into the Souvenir Machine. Keep the third coin on you, and when you need another Boombox while fighting the boos, throw it in the machine and get another.

The perk machines are for the most part the same as previous Treyarch Call of Duties. They are renamed, but for clarity, the italicized names are what they were called in previous Call of Duties (and also sums up what they do for the most part). The bold names are what they are called in Infinite Warfare. If there isn't an italicized name, then they are a new machine. Up n Atoms: Quick Revive. In multiplayer, you revive other players faster if they are down. In single player, it will automatically revive yourself if you go down and be consumed. Tuff Enuff: Juggernaut. You can take more hits before going down. Quickies: Speed Cola. You reload your weapons faster and can repair windows much faster. Racin' Stripes: Stamin-Up. Allows you to sprint faster. Slappy Taffee: Increases your melee damage and adds a knockback effect to your melee. Bombstoppers: PHD Flopper. You are immune to your own explosion damage weapons and grenades. Trailerblazers: When you slide, you leave behind a trail of fire. Bang Bangs: Double Tap. You fire two bullets at once. Mule Munchies: Mule Kick. Allows you to carry a third weapon. Blue Bolts: Electric Cherry. When you reload, you emit and electrical field around you that shocks nearby zombies. (Source) It's up to you what perks you want. But Tuff Enuff is almost always a must for later rounds. Bombstoppers is very good on the Spaceland map, since if you upgrade the pistol you start with, it becomes the familiar Mustang and Sally combo (though also renamed). This upgraded gun shoots essentially grenades that explode on contact. This gun is extremely handy when attempting to do the Easter Egg on this map when you have to defend the satellite dishes. From what I can tell, the point of the Frostbite (or Forge Freeze before you upgrade it, as mentioned in the wiki) is not to dish out damage. The purpose of this weapon is to freeze opponents. As mentioned here, you will do minimal damage with the Forge Freeze. However, you can use it to farm a ridiculous number of points: The weapon itself is point farming incarnate. It gives you twenty points per hit and fourty points per freeze. In my head I've dubbed the gun a 'split-beam-weapon'. Essentially, the freeze ray it shoots out can split into three separate ends, freezing up to 3 Zombies per shot. These ends auto target depending on zombies that are within your circular crosshair. Be warned, the weapon may seem like it does no damage but in actual fact it does. It took a lot of testing with a single zombie over the course of an hour but I eventually discovered that Zombies do sustain a tiny amount of damage per freeze. Keep this in mind if you're going hard on one or two Zs. As previously stated the Forge Freeze gives you 20 points for a hit and 40 points for a freeze, with a potential of 3 zombies hit/frozen per shot. If you play optimally and get lucky enough to freeze all 3 zombies every time you fire you could make an upper limit of 30,000 points per 250 rounds, which is how much the Forge Freeze contains. If you got super unlucky and only ever hit one zombie and never froze him you're looking at a lower limit of 5000. Neither of those numbers will happen, but you will land somewhere between the two. The guide also mentions the upgrade to the Frostbite isn't really worth it: Upgrading the Forge Freeze is a pretty useless endeavour. The points it gives out are the same, it has a higher chance to freeze and it has more ammo. By all accounts, you would imagine that would make the upgrade a good thing, but really there's just no point. If you've done things correctly you'll have around 20,000 points after buying the ammo replenish with your tickets anyway, and that's more than enough to get everything done. So all in all, if you're looking for a pure damage weapon, you're probably better off going with a different weapon, but if you want to rack up a lot of points (and have a bit of time on your hands), the Forge Freeze seems pretty handy.

Unfortunately, if your connection is hardwired, it's much more likely to be your ISP's fault than anything else. There's not very much you can do to improve the latency if it's all on their end. (Looking at those pings, I'm betting you're on basic cable or maybe DSL.) If possible, remove any routers or switches from between you and the external internet to see if it helps, but it's very unlikely to be a function of something internal to your network. Note that if you were using WiFi, network interference locally would be more likely to be a factor.

I always go into the generic multiplayer to get the daily reward, didn't even know you could pick it up in zombies instead? I'm guessing you'd have to go into zombies mode, then select multiplayer to get it to pop.

Those colors represent the rarity of the gun: Base (regular) Common (white) Rare (blue) Legendary (purple) Epic (orange) The higher the level, the more extreme / badass the effects are. In the following screenshot, you can see an Epic gun with the "Eighty Seven" and "Readiness" perks: You can check out this guide for more info on crafting weapons ("Prototypes"), but here's the relevant info: Each weapon has four Prototype Weapon variants, which must be unlocked through normal level progression. While you cannot disable Internet connectivity as a whole, you can disable the Internet browser using parental controls.
