Is that is there anyway to create a character, activate the console and not get flagged as a cheater on all of your characters? I mean, if I create a new character and use the console there for testing purposes, if I log in with a different character, will that character be flagged as a cheater too?

That is a bug associated with followers that already have a default bow in their inventory (this is usually the Hunting Bow). ... followers who start with any kind of bow in their inventory are bugged so that placing a different bow in their inventory will have no effect. It may look as if they equipped the new bow, but the follower will switch back to their default bow as soon as combat starts, even if that bow was removed from their inventory. Source: http://uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Followers#Follower_Equipment I've noticed that at least several followers seem to prefer to use their own personal (non-inventory) hunting bow over at least some more powerful bows you might give them to use. So far the only way I've been able to get a follower to consistently use the bow I provided to them is to console remove the hunting bow SEVERAL TIMES until they stop equipping it. It took about 5 removed before it worked with Aela, using the command (targetted on her) removeitem 10e2dd 1. ... For console-users that don't have the luxury of the in-game console, giving your follower a Forsworn Bow seems to be something of a workaround. It appears to be the only type of bow that totally overrides the default hunting bow in a companions choice of weaponry. It's certainly not the best bow in the game, but it's still a damn sight better, especially since it can be upgraded and enchanted. Other mods (for the PC) that can also fix the bug are: Follower Hunting Bow Fix, DFB - Disable-Show Follower Bow And Arrows, or Followers Hunting Bow Replacement. The followers overhaul mod, Better Followers also allows you to remove the Hunting Bow from your follower, forcing your follower to use the bow you gave them.

Without installing mods, you can equip an item that gives a bonus to fishing luck. Higher fishing luck will increase the odds of getting a rarer item from a successful fishing attempt, although it won't make the process itself any less painful. One such item is the Sushi Helm. You can create one by combining 3 Sushi Grade Fish Meat, any blue pistol, any blue shield, and any blue belt. If you fish in a map that uses the Mines tileset, you will occasionally fish up Emberbright Cod, which can be eaten to give a +50% bonus to fishing luck for 20 minutes. (Source) On the other hand, if you decide to install mods, you should look into the Merchant Pack (which adds a fish vendor) or FishMash (which lets you combine small fish into larger ones).

Create a new character in the second slot. This will put the images back in place and fix it. You don't have to keep the character there, so you can just delete the second one. I've had this problem before!

Life and Mana are increased as you gain level. You can only increase them though items with the attributes "+XX Health" or "+XX Mana" or replenish them with the "+XX Mana/Health stolen per hit."

Wand- and Staff-type weapons are considered "magic weapons." You can tell what type of weapon an item is by looking in the top-right corner of a tooltip: For example, scepters are considered wands and are therefore magic weapons. You can tell what weapon types correspond to weapon "class" by checking the descriptions of the corresponding expertise skills: Magic Weapon Expertise Mastery of Wands and Staves, and reduced requirements for Rings and Amulets. The answer, sadly, is not much. If your account was used on another PS4 and that PS4 was made into your account's primary PS4, you just have to wait. A PSN account can only have one active PS4, and you can only deactivate a PS4 by either having physical access to it or using your account-wide deactivation, which you can do once every 6 months. So for 6 months, the other PS4 will be your active one and you will not be able to use remote downloading. You can still purchase games through Sony's web store or the PS4 store, and install them normally. You won't be able to play these games (anything you do not own a disc for) without being connected to PSN. When this happened to me I contacted Sony's customer support and they informed me that there was nothing they could do. They are not allowed to refund your account-wide deactivation, nor can they remotely deactivate a PS4. To my knowledge, Sony doesn't punish either party in these cases. My advice is: Figure out when your PS4 was deactivated. Mark the date 6 months in the future as the time you will need to use your account wide deactivation. Change your PSN account credentials. I would highly recommend using a strong password (something generated by a secure source, not something you think up) and using a password manager to keep it safe. There are numerous options here and elaboration is outside of the scope of Arqade. If you used the same account name/password combination elsewhere (you should try to avoid doing this in general), change those as well.

Found something that may be of use. Torchlight - Better Balanced Sale Prices Mod This mod offers exactly what the title says--better balanced sale prices. Vendors now offer more gold in exchange for your items, so selling rare and unique equipment no longer leaves you feeling like you've been kicked in the teeth. EDIT: Another possibility is to use them as fodder for the "Enchantment Overload" Steam achievement (enchant an item 10 times). If you succeed, you'll have a highly enchanted rare item in your hands; if it gets disenchanted, it doesn't matter, because you had a spare.

You get these pair of boots that allow you not to move. It is great for farming, but I haven't found any other use for them really. I beat the entire game without ever using them to beat a level or stage.

Yes, you can toggle this feature on and off by clicking a button at the bottom of the UI. The button looks like a magnifying glass. If you toggle it 'on', pressing alt will hide loot. Handy!

You can use it multiple times. I've ran several on Normal, Nightmare and Hell without losing my staff. Also, When you upgrade your staff to the next level, you can still create the games from the lower levels. A nightmare staff can create a normal game.

No. You can't play together as the two iterations of the game are incompatible with each other as they are completely separate games. If you all want to play together, you must all be playing Torchlight 2 or Torchlight 3. Not both or a mix; it's one or the other. It's like trying to play Halo 1 multiplayer with Halo 4 (Master Chief Collection does not count).

The fuel cell is used for blade mode (default L1), when you enter blade mode you will see the meter start depleting. When it is empty, blade mode will lose its slow-motion effect and you will no longer be able to cut enemies. You can regain fuel cell by attacking or performing zandatsus. Metal Gear Rising is a offshot of the Metal Gear Solid series, while there are references to previous games the game plays very differently and is fine to play as a standalone title.

Yes, but you will only get more: Carrots Potatoes Wheat seeds (only the seeds, not the main crop) Melon slices So, yes, you will get more food from collecting your crops with Fortune.
