Widelands looks like an interesting game, but I can't find the system requirements anywhere on their site. What kind of CPU and graphics card do I need?

I can't speak to what the requirements are, but I remember playing it happily on my Dell 640m which is:
- Intel Core Duo 1.66Ghz
- 1Gb RAM
- Intel Onboard Graphics
- Ubuntu 9.10
The laptop itself is almost 4.5 years old and was fairly low budget back then.

The only things that definitely require an internet connection are: Playing on a server Updating Java, the launcher or the game automatically Getting out of demo mode when playing for the first time Note: I sometimes have issues where the login or that fact that the Minecraft version is already downloaded gets forgotten, but I don't know what causes it, I have pretty complicated setups. Usually it shouldn't happen.

The novice, apprentice, adept, and expert level spells are gotten from purchasing them (or in some cases, you can get them for free as loot or a reward). The master level spells are acquirable generally after you complete your school-specific quests as a member of the College of Winterhold. Perks don't add spells to your repertoire: they simply enhance the ones you already have.

Uthgerd will keep your loot safe. Followers maintain their inventories forever, even when you dismiss them. However, there's a bit of a critical capacity bug that will cause followers to start losing capacity, but it won't affect things they're already carrying for you (just new stuff). So while Uthegerd will keep your stuff safe while you help the Companions, you'll find when you recruit her again she won't carry as much stuff anymore.

These symbols are called Shadowmarks. Glossary of Shadowmarks (All of the below comes from the in-game book, "Shadowmarks") "The Guild" This is the symbol for the Guild. This means the place is as safe as the Flagon's cistern. If you see this shadowmark, someone from the Guild is nearby for certain. "Safe" We usually leave this shadowmark when we've scouted and found a safe way around something, a hallway without traps or maybe a house that's already cleared out. If you see one of these, head the way it's pointing and you'll be fine. "Danger" If you see this shadowmark, head the other way or take your life in your own hands. It means there's something ahead or beyond that door that wants to turn you inside-out. "Escape Route" Now, on the rare occasion (it better be a rare occasion if you want to work in the Guild) that you find yourself in jail, look for this little beauty. You see this shadowmark and escape is just a few steps away. "Protected" We put these shadowmarks on places we don't want you to go. As in stay out of there or there's going to be a boot up the backside. These people are under the Guild's protection and should never be robbed or assaulted. "Fence" This should quickly become your favorite shadowmark. The person near this mark will buy your... hard-earned stolen goods for a fair price. "Thieves' Cache" Who says we only take and never give back? If you find this shadowmark near a chest or maybe a hollowed log, you're in for a surprise... a gift from the Guild for the thief in the field. Whoever said membership didn't have its privileges? "Loot" There's something near this shadowmark worth stealing. Saves you from breaking into a place only to find the people don't even have two septim to rub together. "Empty" The opposite of the Loot Shadowmark. Pass on this place, there's nothing inside.

It's called a breaching charge. I believe in the CoD series they tend to use "Frame Charges" for breaching. It's used specifically for explosive door breaching. A breaching charge is a type of shaped charge, which focuses the force of a blast in a specific direction in order to accomplish a specific purpose.

From looking at the Creation kit, the fire spells have 3 attributes that determine after burn damage. Taper Duration: How long the damage lasts. Taper Weight: Multiplier of initial damage. Taper Curve: This one I'm not sure of, but it's 2.0 for all of the fire spells. From playing around with it, higher numbers cause the afterburn damage to fall off faster. Negative values cause it to increase over time. Interestingly, all spells except Wall of Fire have the same taper weight, .3. Wall of Flame has a taper weight of .5. There is some curve that we can use to describe the after damage of each spell. For most of them, it's going to be 30% of the damage done, decreasing over time by some unknown (but constant across all spells) amount. The burn duration of each spell is listed below: Flames: .1 Seconds Firebolt: 1 Second Fireball: 2 Seconds Incinerate: 1 Second Fire Storm: 4 Seconds Fire Rune: 1 Second Flame Cloak: 2 Seconds Wall of Flame: 2 Second, .5 Weight

There are no requirements besides the passwords matching. You can both be any level and the summoner, of course, must be Embered. It is also highly suggested that you turn on "Enable Global Matchmaking" (the setting directly above it.) It is believed that it is actually "Enable Cross-Server matchmaking." It still might take a second but with those two things you should be able to find each other.

1) If the hp of the monster is not low enough 3 seconds after throwing the net it will rage and escape, this threshhold depends on the type of net en monster. I don't know the threshhold. But making it run out of hp while netted will guarantee a catch. 2) I think there is a visual cue, but I'm not sure, I'll check tonight and update the answer. 3) As far as I know the only effect of raging is that it is impossible to catch for a few seconds. And it heals up some part of it's hp.

While I believe a redstone engine is indeed sufficient, you're probably going to want to juice it some more. I've found that a Hobbyist's Steam Engine (2 MJ/t) (from Railcraft) performs well enough, but having at least a Commercial Steam Engine (4 MJ/t) (also Railcraft) is usually handy to get some real speed on the crafting.

Some mods I found that add requirements on factions or guilds, before allowing you to join: Oblivion Guild Skill Requirements Adds skill requirements for the Fighters Guild, Mages Guild, and the Thieves Guild. Choices and Consequences This mod centers on the Mages and Fighters guilds, changing them so that you will need to reach a certain proficiency in skills before being allowed to advance in rank. It bases on faction reputation + skill requirements. Higher Independent Thievery Requirements This mod changes the Thieves' Guild quest "Independent Thievery", dramatically raising the amount you need to fence in order to get your next commission job, in comparison to vanilla Oblivion. There are two versions. The normal version (IThieveryRaise.esp) is tougher than Vanilla, but the Very Hard version (IThieveryRaiseVeryHard.esp) is absolutely ridiculous, and only for people who LOVE to steal. Skyrim College of Winterhold Entry Requirements This mod adds skill requirements to join the College of Winterhold. It is fully voiced because Bethesda planned to have requirements to join the College at one point and recorded lines for being rejected. Also, when Faralda tests your magical prowess, she will test you on your highest skill instead of randomly selecting one of the schools of magic. You can still bypass the test by showing Faralda that you are Dragonborn during the main quest, or with persuasion, just like in vanilla. The requirements are fully customizable using the MCM. You can set a skill level requirement in one school of magic, and set a requirement for a certain skill level with the other four. You can also set a Magicka and level requirement. I kept a wide range of available values to account for uncappers and 1.9's removal of the level limit. Enhanced Skyrim Factions - The Companions Guild Increases the number of radiant quests required to advance in the guild, and add skill, level, and time requirements for each of the guild's milestone story quests. Minimum Skill Requirements For Guild Quests Current Factions with min requirements: Mages Guild: All schools of magic require the player to have their skills at level 30 or above Thieves Guild: Sneak, Lockpicking, and Pickpocketing are all required to be at level 30 or above Thieves Guild Requirements - No Auto Quest Start Brynjolf In order to trigger the beginning of the Thieves Guild quest, the player must have stolen items, picked pockets, and have some skill in sneak. Otherwise, Brynjolf will not approach you and the dialogue options with him will not appear. The requirements are as follows: Items Stolen >= 250 Pockets Picked >= 25 Sneak skill level >= 25 All three requirements must be met. Beginning in version 1.3, the requirements can now be fully customized.

Yes, it is. Go to your Skyrim folder. Inside this folder there should be a folder called "Data". Inside this folder should be a folder called "Video". Delete the video called: BGS_Logo.bik It should be the only video inside the folder. I have also tested and verified this works (and doesn't break the game). It just puts you on the start menu where you can load or start a new game. Possible locations, replace the path where applicable, check the (x86) folder on 64-bit systems. %ProgramFiles%\Steam\SteamApps\Common\Skyrim\Data\Video\BGS_Logo.bik %ProgramFiles%\The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim\Data\Video\BGS_Logo.bik
