Escape tunnels under roads?

I really have no clue how to get rid of escape tunnels under roads. I have tried everything, I cant build over them, I cant simply get rid of them. Any help?

Ranked and quick play MMR is separate. The only way to truly reset your MMR is to buy the game again on a new account, which will set your MMR to be whatever the average rank is. However, I strongly advise against doing this. If you dropped down to 700 SR, chances are you probably belong somewhere around that level, plus or minus a couple hundred SR. (Not trying to be rude, just stating how the system is supposed to work.) It might be tough, but if your actual skill level is higher than that, you should eventually climb out on your own. Buying a new account risks you paying extra money just to go through the exact same frustration when you drop lower again. At the start of every new season, there is a soft-reset of all player's ranks (normalized to the average player rank, which I think is somewhere in silver or gold). I don't know if this also affects MMR, but it should give you a chance to place higher than you might have gotten in the previous season. Loss streaks happen, and the matchmaking system realizes this. Chances are your MMR is probably not all that heavily affected. You're probably still playing with people of a similar skill level as before, but because your visible rank is lower, you focus more on how "bad" your teammates are now as opposed to how they played before the loss streak. Even if your MMR is lower now... that's how it's supposed to work. The matchmaking system tries to even everyone out to an approximately 50% win/loss ratio. Trying to get around this system is just asking for frustration.

Find your mod in the mods folder (%localappdata%/Introversion/Prison Architect/mods) and create a new file manifest.txt in your mod's folder. Fill it with at least the following attributes: Name, Author, Date, and Version. You can additionally define Description, URL, IsTranslation. I believe FileID and SteamAuthor is added automatically when you upload it. That is one of the developers of the game. He is just a normal prisoner and can be treated in the exact same way as all the others. As an additional note, occasionally the developers have been known to change some prisoner skins as a joke, so if you see someone like this just treat them as normal.

Dogs are not 100% reliable. They will sometimes miss tunnels and they will sometimes report tunnels even though there aren't any. When a dog reports a tunnel in a location which is very implausible (any cells would have a far shorter route to freedom), you can just ignore them. However, in this case there might be a tunnel. Groups of tunneling prisoners first build tunnels to connect their cells to each other. This allows them to build tunnels heading for the prison perimeter far quicker. In this case the tunnel-marker is right between the toilets of the two adjacent cells, so these two cells cooperating that way is not implausible. Try deconstructing the toilets in them and you might be in for a surprise (searching the cell does not give you a 100% chance to discover the tunnel - deconstructing the toilet ist the only way to be 100% sure).

Nope, the floor you choose is mostly cosmetic; floors do effect the movement speed of people moving over them. Sources: Experience and It's not been mentioned in-game, or by IV Software.

I noticed this too when I played that mission. I believe it to be a bug. My workaround was to build 2 roads and have a small gap under the arch. Not ideal, and I'm not sure either road was ever actually used, but it worked.

No, mail rooms are optional. Visitation and Phones are sufficient to fulfill the Family need, as long as inmates have enough time to use them (Hint: when you place phones in your Yard, prisoners can also use them during yard time). But keep in mind that if you want to fulfill all the needs of your prisoners, then this includes alcohol and drugs. Addicts on withdrawal can cause more problems than inmates who miss their family. So letting a bit of contraband in can result in a quieter prison. You still might want to control weapons, but almost all weapons can be detected by metal detectors.

You need to confiscate Obristan passports from people that come through your booth, the same way that you would confiscate ones for citizens. This is obviously against the rules and you will be fined every time you do it, but there is no other way to collect the passports you need.

As @Unionhawk said, your mobs are almost certainly de-spawning. This means they vanish from the world forever, like footprints in the sand. But as time goes by new mobs spawn, such is the circle of life. In order to have a proper 'zoo' of mobs, you need to stop them de-spawning. In the case of Zombies, (as @MrLemon pointed out) simply throwing an item at them and letting them pick it up is enough to keep them spawned. However this only works for Zombies. Thankfully, as of 1.6.1, there is an item designed to both name mobs and keep them spawned for good - the name tag. Name tags can be found naturally within chests that spawn in dungeons or (as of 1.7.2) by fishing. If you're in creative you can pull one straight from the creative inventory, and if you have access to console commands (i.e. you allowed them in map options when creating the map) you can use this command: /give 421 Where is replaced with your minecraft name and is replaced by the number of items you want. For example I would type: /give Pharap 421 1 which would give me a single name tag. Alternatively (as pointed out by @SaintWacko) you can avoid specifying your name by typing this instead: /give @p 421 1 Also note that an enderman is the only mob naturally capable of teleporting, thus even after naming one it is still capable of escaping. Also note that name tags do not stop mobs from dying, so try not to suffocate them or set any on fire.

No. When a prisoner have served his sentence, he will automatically be released. He will head for the exit, and leave the prison. This is also only for the current version. In a future version there might be some work to do, when a prisoner leaves your prison.

After you go to Riverwood, go up the hill. You will find Hod and Gerdur's house. If Ralof is alive, he walks there after escorting you through the keep. You can also find him sitting at the stump next the the mill talking to Gerdur.

I don't believe there's currently any effect on the mood or efficiency of your staff or prisoners. However, there's still something to keep in mind: dead (and unconscious) characters can be looted. If a staff member dies, then prompt movement to a morgue can prevent prisoners from looting Staff Keys off the corpse. This is even more important when the corpse is a guard, since Jail Keys and weapons can be taken. To a much less severe degree, storage of prisoner corpses in morgues will prevent access to any contraband they may have been carrying. If you do build a morgue, you will have to ensure your morgue is properly protected to prevent prisoners from walking in and just taking the items from dead bodies.

Squadmembers getting injured is part of the game. In fact, it is often hard to avoid. You will often encounter situations in which you simply can't do much to avoid taking a hit or two. It's not a problem as long as you have enough soldiers to rotate so you can always field a full team. Also losing a low-level soldier is not that much of a setback. A new soldier is just 25§. The black-market value of your loot alone is often worth the recruitment price of a few new rookies. But what can really hurt is losing a high-level soldier. As you progress in the game, the game-balance assumes that your team is leveled appropriately. Most late-game enemies have defense bonuses which counter the aim advantage of high-level soldiers so your hit percentage keeps about the same throughout the game. Also, technology alone won't be enough to counter many of the nasty tricks some late-game enemies have up their sleeves. You will need the overpowered abilities only high-level soldiers have. This means that later in the game it will become practically impossible to keep building up new rookies (the rebel HQ sometimes allows you to hire some high-level soldiers, though... for a price). Losing a captain or higher in the mid-game can be a drastic setback, and losing multiple of your best soldiers at once often leaves you no option than to load an older savegame.

If it is not mentioned in the wiki, my guess is that the bandits refuse to have anything to do with you in that regard. Having the dialog option does not mean that it will be accepted, even if it is not a persuasion or intimidation check. I haven't tried that option myself, but my guess would be that is declined and that you're left with two options - letting them go or killing them.
