I got a lv71 Legendary when I'm 72. What gives?

I was under the impression that loot dropped from mobs was assigned either your current level or one level higher. Farmed Hunter Hellquist last night and got a 71 Bee. Is this a bug or am I just super unlucky?

Loot can be anywhere between two levels below and two levels above you. If you are max level, this means you have a 66% chance to get an item one or two levels below your own.

If you have DLC4 (Tiny Tina), I recommend farming Treeants instead in the blood pool in the Forest. They have the same chance to drop The Bee as HH, but there are far more of them.

If you want to simply overwrite the mob's motion to the player's, you deffinetly can. But this may not have the exact results you want. /data modify entity Motion set from entity Motion

The Season Pass includes only the Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack 1. It does not include Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack 2: Digistruct Peak Challenge. Therefore, the level cap with the Season Pass is Level 61.

The game is saved right when you use the key so you can't save your keys that way. I found that out the hard way when I first opened the chest with my key (when I didn't want to yet), restarted (without picking up the loot) and found out I lost my key and had no loot.

Saturn's guns are destructible, which means that you can reduce the amount of firepower being thrown at you. They can also be used to trigger Second Wind. It's resistant to Explosions and to Slag (but can be affected by the Slag De-buff that amplifies other kinds of damage). It has no weak points. Finally, using cover is a great way to survive this encounter as Saturn can't realistically hit you through walls or other types of barriers (thus allowing you to survive for longer). This encounter is all about minimizing the damage you receive while dishing out your own damage. Avoid using explosive rounds and keep your shield up at all times. If it shoots rockets, take a moment to see where they're heading, clear out of that area and you have a few seconds to dish out damage without an issue. Finally, don't forget to use your Character's Ability. Keep your eyes open for the possible spawn of a Pup-Skag, as killing this creature may also be used to gain Second Wind.

No, you will not restart any missions; you just won't get any additional credit for re-completing them. Once he gets to a mission you haven't completed, you'll each get credit for it.

There is no way to revert the fast forward on the same character. Unless you're willing to grind through Normal again, you're stuck. You will have another opportunity to do those quests in Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode, though, if you have purchased any level-cap-increasing DLC.

Yes, you will still unlock achievements if you switch to Offline mode inside Borderlands 2. Achievements for Borderlands 2 are generally never disabled. The only way to miss out on achievements is due to synchronization errors with Steam itself.

These are just checkpoint markers. When you activate one, you'll notice the Borderlands logo appear on screen indicating that your progress is being saved. When you die, you will be resurrected at the latest one you activated.

Tattoos, barring one exception detailed below, are completely cosmetic and serve no in-game purpose other than to display in your profile and be yet another thing you can collect. There are many tattoos and they are unlocked through various methods. The most common ways are through collecting Outfits and Ascending. Once you qualify for one, go to the The Dirt-Walled Hovel of the Pretentious Artist The Demon Tattoo is currently the only tattoo that has an effect on gameplay. It will allow you to negate the damage of the Burning, Man effect. To view your list of unlocked tattoos go to Options > Account Options > Manage/View Your Tattoos. The particular tattoo that you unlocked is the Martini tattoo, which has a 1 in 4 chance of unlocking whenever you consume a Martini.

The breakdown of all points can be found in this guide. The Super Bonus is outlined here, as well: Super Bonus - worth 200 pts each - You get 200 points for every enemy you "stun" (kill until they respawn). This does not include the double point bonuses for jumping on two enemies in succession.

Ok I have figured it out myself so I went some time ago into Forge of Souls and was given quest (Echoes of Tortured Souls) that is 'higher up' in the chain this is why I couldn't take the prerequisite...

Reflections in nearly every game are pre-rendered to "cube maps." It is a cheap way of adding believable reflection without rendering said reflection every frame. Because it's not real time, the reflection breaks down when given anything but a cursory glance, especially when an actor walks into what should be reflected by the view. As such, it is the burden of the texture artist to choose/create and orient a cube map so that it best fits the expectation of the passing viewer. You can't reforge your ring to change a particular characteristic. You can however speak to Zouti Fizzlefury at Zagarra to buy the other ring available to your class which will have two preset different secondary characteristic, which might be more to your liking or simply be a better choice for your second spec. Intellect ring: Versatility & Mastery or Haste & Spirit Strength ring: Critical Strike & Multistrike or Versatility & Bonus Armor Agility ring: Critical Strike & Versatility or Versatility & Bonus Armor Typically the first one is for dps and the second one for heal or tank. Note that the second ring won't be upgraded during the legendary quest line, so you'll have to rebuy it at each step if you don't want to wait the final step to buy it. ilvl 640: 500po ilvl 680: 1000po ilvl 690: 1500po ilvl 715: 2000po
