In order to unlock the Dream Suite, you have to enter the Town Hall and catch Isabelle in the middle of a nap. After waking her up, she'll suggest that you build the Dream Suite. It will cost 234,000 Bells.

The requirements for this are:
- It's been at least 7 days since you've unlocked public works
- You've then completed at least one public works project
- You've connected to the Internet at least once

No, lillies of the valley (not to be mistaken with normal lillies) cannot be bred or cloned. There is only one variety (white) which has a chance to appear each day your island is a 5 star island, according to Isabelle's island eval. If your star ranking drops back below 5 stars, it will stop having a chance to appear daily on your island's cliffs. Many sources support this, including: ...it cannot be bought as a seed, nor can it be bred using hybrid flowers. Instead, this flower only appears and blooms once you have achieved a perfect 5 star island eval rating for your town. Nookipedia also confirms that breeding them together to create more does not work, as they do not breed with other nearby lillies of the valley: The plant does not breed when placed next to other lilies of the valley, but increases the chance for hybrid flowers if placed nearby other plants. Construction: Each town can feature 30 projects at maximum, and only one project can be under construction at any given time. Lloid is in charge of taking donations for projects, and will stay onsite of the project 24/7 until it is complete. Villagers in the town may donate small amounts each day, but the majority of the funding will have to come from a player or it will take a long time to complete. Once the project is funded, it will be fully constructed the next day at 6 AM. If the Mayor player chooses to participate, Isabelle will host a completion ceremony with up to four villagers present to commemorate completed project. You should just be able to talk directly to him (Like click like you would talk to any other villager) and donate money towards it, up until its completion. It's not some collection bucket, he himself takes the money. If you didn't actually choose and set a project you still have to do that first. Talk to Isabelle and then walk with her to pick a place to put the project if it requires. Then Lloid will sit at that location until it is completely funded. The Early Bird and Night Owl extend the hours, not shift them. So using the Early Bird ordinance will result in all shops opening 3-4 hours earlier (depends on the shop) and closing at the regular time. The night Owl ordinance will result in all shops open at regular time, and closing 3-4 hours later.

Finishing all of the levels in a category will unlock the next one. So in your case, if you finish all of the levels under Mass and Velocity, you will unlock Hard-Light Surfaces.

Go to the Chibi-PC, choose Chibi-Outfit Network, and click on any world. There will be a list of levels of that world that have a costume. Enter the 5 digit code and it should tell you to go back, save the baby alien, and it will reward you with a costume. Remember, you must complete the levels first and then go back a second time to save the alien. To change the costumes, once you've earned them, you must go to the pause screen and it will have an option to change your costume. And when you save the alien, you dont have to worry about completing the level AGAIN. Just save the alien, get your costume, and just return to the Chibi-House. Your costumes will save. I have mastered taking off my pants! To remove your pants, simply put on a full-length dress. This places your shirt and pants into your inventory. Then just put on a different shirt and boom, you got your dress off and your pants off! I have also just discovered the same method can be used to remove your shirt as well! Instead of re-equiping a shirt after putting on a dress, instead put on pants or a skirt and you will have no shirt!

Basically, you just need to get a medal (bronze, silver or gold) in single player Grand Prix mode in each cup. Star Cup => Finish 3rd or better in Mushroom Cup and Flower Cup Special Cup => Finish 3rd or better in Star Cup (which means that you also finished 3rd or better in Mushroom Cup and Flower Cup) Leaf Cup => Finish 3rd or better in Shell Cup and Banana Cup Lightning Cup => Finish 3rd or better in Leaf Cup (which means that you also finished 3rd or better in Shell Cup and Banana Cup)

The money rock in New Leaf has three factors that determine what you get from it. The amount of yellow feng shui points you have increases the chance of your potential bell drops being higher. Once you hit the rock the first time, a timer starts which will give you larger and larger drops until either your potential money rock limit that day is reached, or the timer runs out. When you carry a silver shovel, there is a chance that the money rock drops gems. This does, however, not increase your chance for more bells. In summary, place more yellow items to the west in your house and be fast while hitting the money rock. You can block the knockback using holes, bushes or other solid items, which helps, but judging from your picture you've probably already done that to receive that many bells.
