So I have seen some questions related to how fast O-Powers level up but I am curious as to how high they can go. I have a level 2 O-Power, can it get to level 3? And once it does, can I take it higher than that?

It isn't. The only time it's been possible to transfer Pokemon back to a previous generation was way back in gen 2 where they could potentially be sent back to gen 1. From gen 3 to gen 4 onward any transfers of Pokemon to newer generations have been permanent including those done through that silly archery minigame thing you use to move them from gen 4 games to gen 5.

They're pretty similar. So, the first thing you need to know is that flat +Minimum and +Maximum effects get applied first, and they do so in a way described in this answer. The short version is that the +Minimum gets applied first, then, if this causes your weapons Maximum damage to be lower than your Minimum damage, your +Maximum will be increased to Minimum+1, and then finally, the +Maximum is applied. Effects that are described as a range work as expected, adding the first number to your weapons Minimum Damage, and the second number to your weapons Maximum Damage, simultaneously, so there should never be any concern about strange overlaps. Bonus Elemental Damage on a weapon works this way as well, and is also applied after flat +Min/+Max effects.

This level indeed indicates the Combat Power of your Pokemon. Higher level means higher CP. Each "Power Up" of your Pokemon increases this level with 0.5, but it cannot be higher then 1.5 of your current trainer level. If you catch a Pokemon, the level is random, that is why there is a difference between the two. For this particular example, take the Pinsir with the higher level, as it will cost you less Stardust and candy to power it up. The lower one will have the same Combat Power if the IV completely match. Keep in mind that the moveset does not have to be the same, and can be a big influence. UESP says 46 is the highest level required for leveled items. Level 48 is where you can start finding Daedric armor. We might need the Creation Kit to be sure about every single item.

In this case you want to visit the Move Reminder. In exchange for a heart scale you can learn a move that occurs below your current level. As a 'start' move for Aegislash, you will be able to do this at any level (as Aegislash).

Yes, you need the game cartridge to transfer the save to the digital version. The game progress is saved on the cartridge itself, so your 3DS without the game cartridge has no recollection of your game progress.

According to Gamefaqs, Japanese forums are saying they cracked the EXP formula. Here's what they figured out: Each level gives [Total Moves] EXP. All EX Stages give 10 EXP, regardless of the time limit. Remaining Moves, Bonus Combo, Overkill and Type Matchups have no effect. If you don't manage to defeat the Pokemon, you get: [Total Moves] * [Percentage Damage Done]% EXP. For example 64% damage on Ampharos would get you 32 EXP (50*64%). The crowned Pokemon in the results gets a 2x multiplier, receiving double the EXP. The crowned Pokemon is the one that's removed the most, including those which are removed by a Mega Evolved Pokemon's effects. The amount of EXP a Pokemon needs to level up depends on its starting Attack Power: Starting Attack 30 = 50 Base EXP. Starting Attack 40 = 55 Base EXP. Starting Attack 50 = 60 Base EXP. Starting Attack 60 = 65 Base EXP. Starting Attack 70 = 70 Base EXP. Starting Attack 80 = 75 Base EXP. Starting Attack 90 = 80 Base EXP. Other values are not checked yet. Each level is harder to reach than the last. Lv.2: Base EXP * 1 Lv.3: Base EXP * 2 (total: 3x) Lv.4: Base EXP * 3 (total: 6x) Lv.5: Base EXP * 3 (total: 9x) Lv.6: Base EXP * 9 (total: 18x) Lv.7: Base EXP * 15 (total: 33x) Lv.8: Base EXP * 18 (total: 51x) Lv.9: Base EXP * 21 (total: 72x) Lv.MAX: Base EXP * 24 (total: 96x) In other words, going from Lv.1 to Lv.5 takes as long as going from Lv.5 to Lv.6. Basically everything. Almost every type of equipment loot you encounter will be related to your level, since Fallout 4 is based on the Skyrim engine. Although there are specific static placements, almost everything else are randomized and based on your level.

There are two different ways that a player could experience this type of rapid power increase. Level Difference Scaling Mechanics This is what you specifically encountered. As you touched on there was a large "stat-squish" that took place with the launch of the Warlords expansion that made stat increases between expansions much more linear and much less exponential. One of the potential problems that this could have introduced was making older content harder even when significantly out levelling that content. So to prevent this issue they also introduced an algorithm that would both increase your damage output and also reduce damage taken when you are a higher level; this effect also grows as the level gap between you and the content increases. In this scenario you can expect the "super powers" you experience to show up any time you are more than a level or two above what you are fighting. Explosive ILvl Increase At the end of each expansion there was extensive "End Game" content where you would keep getting better gear (same level requirement but higher iLvl). So at the time when the next expansion was released the baseline for the new gear would have an iLvl somewhere around the mid to high level range of the previous end game gear. Now when you level a new character you are skipping all of that end game gear improvement so when you start into content for the next expansion you will see much higher iLvl increases when replacing pieces. For example look at this quest from Ice Crown which offers iLvl 174 rewards and compare it to this quest from Mount Hyjal which offer iLvl 272 rewards. Where someone who took part in the ICC raid would have had between iLvl 251(10 man normal) and 277 (25 man heroic). Note: The power jumps come from how iLvl relates to the amount of stats on an item and is a topic too broad for this answer but the tl;dr; is higher iLvl = more stats per iLvl In this scenario you can expect to see those "super powers" generally after you've earned a few new pieces from the new content and last up until the creature level catches up. Here are the level ranges for this: Vanilla -> Burning Crusade (level 58-60) Burning Cruside -> Wrath (level 68-70) Wrath -> Cataclysm (level 80) Cataclysm -> Pandaria (level 85) Pandaria -> Warlords (level 90) Warlords -> Legion (level 98*-100) *I'm pretty sure they re added the 2 level grace with legion

The game says they "become stronger", and as you can see in the Pokemon menu (where you can set them as Support) for each Pokemon there's a Power value over its Ability. Pokemon with higher level deal higher damage. For example: Level 1 Bulbasaur: 40 power Level 2 Bulbasaur: 43 power Level 3 Bulbasaur: 46 power Level 4 Bulbasaur: 48 power Level 5 Bulbasaur: 50 power ...and so on. It's worth noting that the max level your Pokemon can reach is 10. Usually the final Power of a Pokemon is the Base Power increased by 20. (Only 30 Base Power Pokemon have their final Power increased by 25) UPDATE for version 1.3: With the newly added Raise Max Level Enhancement, some Pokemon can now reach level 15. Talk to the man in the Pokemon Centre at Camphrier Town. When you enter the building, he's on the right side. He can change your Pokemon's nickname, the same as any other generation (I presume so, as you have described)

The question's premise is false, Ditto will not appear in the wild transformed as a different Pokémon in X and Y, or in fact in any main series games.

According to the Bulbapedia entry on O-Powers: 0-2000 steps: 1× energy regeneration rate 2001-3000 steps: 2× energy regeneration rate 3001-2000 steps: 3× energy regeneration rate 4001+ steps: 4× energy regeneration rate The base rate for O-Power energy regeneration is 1 circle every 4 minutes. At the maximum regeneration rate, this becomes one circle every minute. As the 3ds's step counter resets at midnight (based on the system clock), so to does your O-Power regeneration rate return to 1x at midnight each day.
