In Scuttle Town, there is an Import Room, and I can apparently get "things from lands beyond" here, but there is never anything for me.

How can I use this room? What do I get if I do?

The Import Room allows you to get gems if you've played another DSiWare title by WayForward, Mighty Flip Champs, the gem bonus is as follows, according to this GameFAQs answer:

Having MFC - 100 Gems
Beating MFC - 200 Gems
All S-Ranks on MFC - 300 Gems

Because of how Skyrim is programmed with the Radiant Quest System (which resets dungeons and creates random quests) placing items in chests you find is a bad idea as an area will reset causing any stored items to be lost. the only safe places to store items is in user brought homes such as Breezehome in Whiterun. As for getting it back chances are no, if it's a Quest Reward then it's gone, if it wasn't you could try and reforge/buy an incidental item

Uthgerd will keep your loot safe. Followers maintain their inventories forever, even when you dismiss them. However, there's a bit of a critical capacity bug that will cause followers to start losing capacity, but it won't affect things they're already carrying for you (just new stuff). So while Uthegerd will keep your stuff safe while you help the Companions, you'll find when you recruit her again she won't carry as much stuff anymore.

No, you've failed Lord of Hollows ending in this walkthrough. To achieve it you have to use the bonfire itself, not summon sign. Also, double check requirements for it - you should have 8 Dark Sigils.

From looking at the Creation kit, the fire spells have 3 attributes that determine after burn damage. Taper Duration: How long the damage lasts. Taper Weight: Multiplier of initial damage. Taper Curve: This one I'm not sure of, but it's 2.0 for all of the fire spells. From playing around with it, higher numbers cause the afterburn damage to fall off faster. Negative values cause it to increase over time. Interestingly, all spells except Wall of Fire have the same taper weight, .3. Wall of Flame has a taper weight of .5. There is some curve that we can use to describe the after damage of each spell. For most of them, it's going to be 30% of the damage done, decreasing over time by some unknown (but constant across all spells) amount. The burn duration of each spell is listed below: Flames: .1 Seconds Firebolt: 1 Second Fireball: 2 Seconds Incinerate: 1 Second Fire Storm: 4 Seconds Fire Rune: 1 Second Flame Cloak: 2 Seconds Wall of Flame: 2 Second, .5 Weight

In order to obtain the Atlas Pass V1, you need to encounter a Space Anomaly. It will be extremely obvious when you've encountered one, as when you warp into a system with one in you'll see as you're exiting warp. Inside an NPC will give a simple test for a milestone, then give you the blueprint for the Atlas Pass V1. Once you've obtained that, you can start finding Atlas Pass V2 and V3. The fastest way to do this is to use a Bypass chip with one of the Orange beacons on a planet, and select 'Colonial Outpost'. Keep doing this until you get a waypoint for 'Manufacturing Building'. This type of building requires you to break down a door to enter. Solve the puzzle inside and you'll be awarded with a blueprint, which has a random chance of being an Atlas pass. The Atlas Pass V3 will allow you to enter V2 doors, so if you get the V3 before the V2 it's fine. You do not get the Atlas Pass V1 from an Atlas Station, only Space Anomalys

You can not control the "reinforcements needed" tab, it is fully automatical and the algorithm is not known. However, as squad leader you can get access to the command chat for 100 certs. In command chat you can talk to all other squad leaders on all continents and request reinforcements that way. Default key is Numpad7 for the voice chat and /leader for the text chat. If you certed into this channel, you can also use /orders to send a message to all players on the continent, though i strongly recommend not abusing this for any other purpose than requesting assistance. You can get banned if you use it for outfit or squad recruiting. You also will become the laughing stock of your server if you use /orders to ask people to go to the crown. You can also cert into Request Reinforcements, which allows you to set markers on the map. While they don't have any direct effect, other players will see them and might respond.

You have a few options here but none of them are great nor sure-fire: Option 1: Wait them out. It is possible for the overlord to transform tributary status into a protectorate or vassal, but only if the overlord is big and influential enough. Since you want the tributary to join your federation, I doubt this is the case, but nevertheless, waiting for them to turn into a vassal and being integrated is an option .. be prepared to wait a few hundred years, though. Option 2: Support Independence. Also unlikely to result into actual war, since it's rare for the AI to be disgruntled enough to actually declare war over this. Then, in the rare case that this works, invite the former tributary. Most likely the former overlord will have something to say about this, however, as war tends to not be great for friendships. Option 3: Lone Wolf it. Unfortunatly your best chance for success is ditching that circlejerk keeping your galactic ambitions in check! Without having to wait for an AI that is unlikely to act you can declare war on your former ally to get your new friends the freedom they so long for (or steal them for yourself). After you've obliterated them you execute the wisest move in your arsenal: feigning ignorance. Start treating your allies like buddies again and I'm sure their tiny tentacled xeno-brains will have forgotten all about it in no time to open the door to letting you back in. Option 4: What do you mean, attacking allies? Tributary overlords are in no way obligated to aid their tributaries in a war. Liberating / Conquering the planets of the tributary will slowly but surely allow you to get them to join your cause, altough I'm not sure what the rules are for declaring war on tributaries of federation members. In short: There's no great way to accomplish this -yet-. This is what the Stellaris Wiki has to say about tributaries.

Usually no,its a long shot but you could try this if you want to be sure. Depending on what are you trying to load you can try loading the game and finishing it then there might be option to save a replay automatically. (if you played multiplayer,the replay after the point where it was saved will be retarded since you will be the only one left to finish it,but you can use the rest as video material) If you have version greater than 1.24e in your options menu>gameplay you can turn on automatic save replay,and after finishing the loaded game you can check replays if it worked check in your warcraft 3 directory in replays folder,there it could be saved as "lastsavedreplay" and not recognized by w3.

The Red Diamond title is obtained by obtaining Yohei (the first town's knight) as a companion by retrieving the red diamond in the southmost cave. This is the obvious course of action, given that obtaining $1,000 for Yohei and $200 for the boat and $many to the goddess to get enough time to complete the quest is no easy feat, while leveling up enough to take the middle boss on your own probably takes more time than it saves. The Ear Killer title, as well as the Complete status for this map, is obtained by taking a little detour to the island just south of the ship dock.

According to this website, yes, it is possible. Does Gears support split screen play? How many players? You can play 2 player split screen. The screen is split horizontally. Is splitscreen with online play supported? (Combo Co-Op) Yes, but both players must have Live Gold subscriptions. Is LAN or System-Link play supported? Yes, you can play any of the modes via LAN for the supported number of players. How many players are supported in co-op play? You can play 4 players through the campaign in co-op. I have not found any means to obtain bulk lots of ore, so far in my gameplay (Chapter 6 30h+). The best way to gather ores is to speak to a local restaurant proprietor, who will mark the local procurement points on your map. The pickaxe icons are the ones to keep an eye out for. Then you'll need to visit these spots and collect the ore. The procurement spots do seem to regenerate after a time. So you can 'farm' these ore nodes by revisiting them once they've regenerated. The icon will change from grey back to yellow. Unfortunately I haven't been paying enough attention to notice if certain ores spawn in the same spot each time, so that you can gather multiples of the same. I know the treasure spots do contain the same items every time though, so the ores may well do as well.

These symbols are called Shadowmarks. Glossary of Shadowmarks (All of the below comes from the in-game book, "Shadowmarks") "The Guild" This is the symbol for the Guild. This means the place is as safe as the Flagon's cistern. If you see this shadowmark, someone from the Guild is nearby for certain. "Safe" We usually leave this shadowmark when we've scouted and found a safe way around something, a hallway without traps or maybe a house that's already cleared out. If you see one of these, head the way it's pointing and you'll be fine. "Danger" If you see this shadowmark, head the other way or take your life in your own hands. It means there's something ahead or beyond that door that wants to turn you inside-out. "Escape Route" Now, on the rare occasion (it better be a rare occasion if you want to work in the Guild) that you find yourself in jail, look for this little beauty. You see this shadowmark and escape is just a few steps away. "Protected" We put these shadowmarks on places we don't want you to go. As in stay out of there or there's going to be a boot up the backside. These people are under the Guild's protection and should never be robbed or assaulted. "Fence" This should quickly become your favorite shadowmark. The person near this mark will buy your... hard-earned stolen goods for a fair price. "Thieves' Cache" Who says we only take and never give back? If you find this shadowmark near a chest or maybe a hollowed log, you're in for a surprise... a gift from the Guild for the thief in the field. Whoever said membership didn't have its privileges? "Loot" There's something near this shadowmark worth stealing. Saves you from breaking into a place only to find the people don't even have two septim to rub together. "Empty" The opposite of the Loot Shadowmark. Pass on this place, there's nothing inside.
