What is the difference between a stack decoupler and a stack separator?

So what is the functional difference between a stack decoupler and a stack separator? Why might I use one over the other? In what cases would I want to choose the TR-18D Stack Separator over the lighter TR-18A Stack Decoupler?

The Stack Separator decouples from both the child and the parent node whilst the Stack Decoupler remains attached to the child.

Why might I use one over the other?

Situations where you are separating satellites, rovers, probes or other payloads and don't want the Decoupler still attached.

Okay, what you do is first add Spanish to your languages, but keep English as your default. Then go to your games and create a new game by touching the plus sign, and choose smart maech. Then it will ask you which of your languages you want to play in. If that person doesn't play back, try someone else. You can also try practice mode in Spanish

The primary purpose of spaceplanes is fun and challenge. While you can theoretically operate them on cost of fuel alone (providing you don't crash), if you take profits "per hour of gameplay" from completing contracts with unrecoverable or partially recoverable launchers to profits you can achieve in the same (real) time with spaceplanes, the balance goes way towards rockets - you can finish three contracts earning 70% value from each in the time it takes you to complete one contract earning 98% of its value with a spaceplane. This goes even worse for the two sandbox modes where money is non-issue. The value of spaceplanes lies in the difficulty curve of building and flying them. Rockets are easy. After a while you'll want to install MechJeb simply to avoid the tedium of launch process. Meanwhile, spaceplanes are challenging. Sure, the "official" goal of them is completing contracts. Tourists, satellites, maybe site surveys after a suborbital fight. But it takes skill and patience to build a spaceplane that handles well on climb, reaches orbit reliably and in non-excessive time, can carry a non-token payload, handles well on reentry and landing, looks nice and maybe even doesn't cost a fortune. [I've purposely listed handling on climb, reentry and landing separately... I might add early and late climb. These are all flight phases where different traits of the plane are important - e.g. on late climb you can't count on air to stabilize you if your thrust is off-center; on reentry your Center of Mass will have shifted after burning the rocket fuel. On landing you must fly slowly and control your descent rate actively...] In short, spaceplanes only marginally fit into the "big picture". You can visit all the planets, complete the science tree and win many challenges without ever visiting the SPH or upgrading it. But they are a game of their own, a separate challenge, something fun to do next to all that standard work. Plus there's few things in the game looking more impressive than a mighty, big spaceplane docked to a space station.

The value at the top right should display the correct total value for the payday, and I'm pretty sure it increases as you pick up instant cash and secure bags. I imagine the total at the bottom left is summarising how much you have gained from the bags you have secured.

Fishing by diving will only give 1/2 - 1 star fish, it can also only be done a few times per area. It does seem to get slightly more objects, though. Fishing while using the rod can acquire fish/objects in the same spot indefinitely (well as long as you have stamina/time) and can get all star qualities (improved with fishing rank and rod type). You can also use various baits to alter how the fishing works. Normal Bait makes fish bite slightly more often Refined Bait makes fish bite more often King Bait makes caught fish bigger (useful for trophy unlocking and contests) Magic Bait increases the quality of fish and causes more rare catches There are some things the rod does not catch, though, like clams.

You have to have some command module to control unmanned vessel, i.e: Stayputnik Mk. 1 which is opened with Basic Science tech, if you are playing carrer mode.

From swtorstrategyguide.net's "Server Types" article: PvP servers are ideal for players who want to battle the other faction. PvE servers are ideal for players who want to play cooperative games with their own faction. RP servers are for people who prefer to act in character. There are usually only a few RP servers all together in an MMORPG, so if you do not know what role-playing is, this is likely not for you. And my addition: RP-PvP servers combine the two. No, you do not lose any items when killed. There is a feature called item damage, but you shouldn't have to worry about it — in regards to PvP anyway. Let me explain: Usually if you die a lot, your character's equipped armor/items need repaired from time to time to keep functioning. Most vendors let your repair damaged equipment for the price of a few credits; the higher level the equipment the more credits. But PvP deaths do not affect this in SWTOR. The only real issue you have with PvP servers is having to stay vigilant when questing in contested (non-faction specific) zones (level 20+ areas usually) so that you aren't killed over and over while trying to do other things. But if you have help, like your guild for instance, you can call in your friends as backup if someone is griefing you. There should be no monetary cost to your character on a PvP server. In the worst case, only your time respawning or running back to where you were when you were killed. And even then, SWTOR let's you respawn exactly where you die, though there is a timer on that feature.

The are three core sections with many different toggles and sliders on the custom difficulty screen. The core sections are: General Options, Career Options & Advanced Options. For the sake of completeness I will explain what all the toggles in all the sections. General Options Allow Reverting Flights This toggle allows you to revert a flight too one of two states, editor (vehicle assembly building or space plane hanger) or to launch. These choices can be accessed through the game menu (default key ESC) at any time during a flight. Allow Quickloading This controls the ability to load quick-saves (note: Quicksaving can be done regardless of the state of this toggle, but you can only load a quick save if this is enabled). Quicksave/quickload can be done at any point in the flight using the relevant keys (defaults: F5 is quicksave, F9 is quickload) Missing Crews Respawn With this option enabled, Kerbals will respawn a short period of time after their death, and will be available for new flights. Auto-Hire Crewmembers before Flights This is a convenience feature. Without this option, if you try to launch a crewed vessel but have no crew available in the astronaut complex, the vessel will spawn but be uncontrollable (unless the craft also has a probe core) enabling this option will cause the game to auto hire enough crew to control the craft. No Entry Purchase Required on Research When you unlock a technology, all the parts associated with it have a "Entry Cost", like buying the blueprint, you can not use that part until you have paid the Funds for this "blueprint" (once you've paid this fee, you will still have to pay for manufacturing). Enabling "No Entry Purchase" disables this initial cost and all parts associated with that technology are unlocked as soon as you research that technology. Indestructible Buildings This option prevent the building of your space centre from being destroyed when hit by parts of your vessels. Destroyed buildings are unusable unless rebuilt, which costs a lot of Funds. Allow Stock Craft The game comes with some example craft, this option allows you to use these example craft in this save game. Career Options These three sliders control your initial Funds, Science & Reputation. Advanced Options This section controls the modifiers applied to contracts and this Science, Funds and Reputation they award. These sliders can be split into two sets of three sliders: Contract Completion Rewards & Contract Failure Penalties. The Contract Completion Reward sliders control how big the rewards are for completing a contract, here higher percentages increase the amounts awarded. The Failure Penalties sliders control how much is deducted from you if you cancel a contract or fail to complete it within the allotted time, here bigger percentages increase the amount you lose.

Try the 'Legions' mod - a mod for stacked unit combat for Civilization V. It's very old, though. This mod makes the following changes to Civilization V: Removes the 1UPT (one unit per tile) limit. Legions mod is completely modular and can be run concurrently with other mods. Attack I promotion- +15% when attacking. Attack II promotion- +15% when attacking. Attack III promotion- +15% when attacking. City Defense promotion- +25% when defending a city. Defense I promotion- +15% when defending. Defense II promotion- +15% when defending. Defense III promotion- +15% when defending. Shock promotions now give a standard +10% to combat instead of +20% on open terrain. Unit maintenance is reduced by 25%. Units in cities no longer get additional hit points, to adjust for the ability to stack defenders in cities. This mod doesn't add any new UI to help manage the ability to stack units. So unit's still need to be moved individually, and there is no easy way to look at the statistics of stacked units. The UI doesn't compensate for stacked units - So it probably isn't ideal if you a lot of units (20+). However, it's very good for moving smaller amounts together (Less than 10?).

Based on your response to my comment, this is almost definitely a bug. Perhaps you saved/exited/reloaded the game fixed it? I've had cases where after assembly, a ship will act in a non-expected way, but after saving and reloading the game, it never happens again. It did always have to do with attachment points though. Since you can't reproduce it and don't already have a screenshot, I'd not recommend submitting a bug with the devs, just be happy it's not doing it anymore.

For the first kills on a major boss at Normal difficulty; you are guaranteed 2 rares as drops (regardless of MF etc.) Also a comment here suggests that one of them will be a class specific rare, which would explain the fist weapon drops for monks.

The latest version of the welding mod is mangling the filenames of the parts being welded. I think this is caused due to cross platform issues with Unity -- I am running on a Mac. Specifically, welded parts have references like this: When they should look like this: If you go into the welded part's .cfg file and fix these errors, the welded part works fine.

As you can read from this guide, there is a stacking of DOTS (damage over time) section about halfway down that states: Damage over time effects do not stack in Diablo 3. Every time you use the same dot on the same target you do only reset the timer to the maximum duration. This does prevent extreme damage numbers from long time dots. The dot effects are balanced to make good damage over a longer time allowing you different actions in the mean time. They have the best damage to cast time ratio. You can also find the same text here. The exception would be DOTS from multiple players. No player can reset/remove your DOT. Everyone has their own DOT counters, so you can apply the same DOT to one enemy as long as it is coming from two different sources.

If removing/reinstalling the game ends in the same result, it's likely a bug on that platform. Go to the Squad website and submit a bug report, giving as much detail as possible, including screenshots, and your system information and steps you took to reproduce the problem. You can also try to revert the version on Steam until a patch is released. I've not done this myself, but I hear of others doing it when game updates introduce unplayable bugs. You might still try updating your graphics drivers too. If you play in 64-bit mode, try the normal 32-bit mode to see if you have the same issue. (I saw some weird behavior in the 64-bit version that I didn't see in 32 bit.)

The big difference between Ultra 1 and Ultra 2 is that Ultra 2 (Breathless) is a command grab. You can avoid it by jumping, or using a move that has invincibility, but you cannot block it. The armour allows you use it as an anti-air, assuming their attack doesn't cross-up. Ultra 1 on the other hand can be blocked, but has two important properties: Firstly it's an armour breaker, secondly it can be easily comboed into with his cr.HP "Elbow launcher". His launcher can in turn be comboed into by (normal) FADCing the first hit of his Change of Direction (QCF+P). Even if you mess up and cancel on block you can try a risky grab or roll. They both so a similar amount of damage, with soulless having an entirely negligible advantage but being scaled to a lower amount if you combo into it. A raw Ultra 2 will deal more damage, than comboing into ultra 1. This is important because comboing into ultra 1 will be the most likely scenario, compared to ultra 2, which you will likely hit as a mixup (note: it can be jumped out of on reaction) or by using the armour. In USF4, you have another option: Red focus cancelling into Ultra 2. The first hit of Change of Direction (QCF+P) allows you to hit a red focus into ultra 2. As for when to use which, it's really a personal choice. Ultra 1 is consistent and you can land it fairly easily in almost every match. Ultra 2 is tricker, but you may want to use it when you suspect a lot of jump-ins. An example of a matchup you may want to use ultra 2 in is Abel vs Yun. Yun may miss-time/miss-space a divekick, leading to a free ultra 2 for you. Finally, you of course have the option of W-Ultra in USF4. Edit: A final note on the damage difference (raw U2 vs combo U1): If you only do cr.HP into U1 it still does more damage than a raw U2. The damage of the ultra itself (not the entire combo) will be lower, however. In fact most combos into U1 will deal more damage than either a raw U2 or a combo (EX red focus) ending in U2.

Tolerance to crashing isn't based exactly on part count, its more on meters per second. If you fly an entire rocket into the VAB, its going to do the same amount of damage as shooting a Command Module much faster. Examples: The VAB can be destroyed by the stray solid fuel booster, and the launchpad by a rocket that tips over at launch (Yes, it's possible). As for actual values, no-one has found them and even know's if they even exist. So in the end, it's all about speed. Hope this helps. EDIT With the new BETA 0.90 version, we now have different building sizes because of their 'levels' Still going to assume the same thing, still no true values given, but sizes could definitely lower their true HP.
